Hey everyone, I'm not new but have been cautious to ask a question. You all can be so brutal to a newbies. But here goes... I've read quite a bit about contractors, businessmen etc., transacting business in Iraq. Local and international companies are renovating cities, repairing/digging oil wells, etc., etc. Are they being paid in dinar or dollars? If in dollars, what then is the incentive to RV? The $'s value is much higher as we know. Isn't it in their best interest to continue transacting business in dollars?
