Here is my bank story. I was walking down the street one day and somehow had come upon a bank which I better not mention
. I have never been in this branch of bank before so decide to walk in just to greet the tellers and managers 
. As I walk in a lady in the office calls out to me asking if I am a Dinar holder. I answer why yes I am, how did you know? She says you just look like that kinda guy 
. I then ask why do you ask about the dinar and she tells me she can cash me out $10 per if I sign some papers now because she expects the dinar to revalue next week at about $20 per. 
But If I agree to sign now she can give me $10. I looked at her and said missy, you must be nuts if you think I am stupid enough to except you guarantee rate of $10, when in fact I can get $20 after the official RV 
. I told her that this was absolutely preposterous and that this was an absolute outrage! I turned and stormed out of the bank knowing the joke would be on them after the actual RV

we will triple our investment, maybe not even that. its not doom and gloom, its reality. all the dreamers need to come back from the clouds. HOW COULD YOU KEEP TRILLIONS IN CIRCULATION AND HAVE WHAT THE PRE WAR VALUE WAS.. AT THE SAME TIME!? HAAHAHAHA
The money supply is too massive. They need to be in the billions, then grow that money supply with the new markets that will perpetuate after their breads and milks can be something finally tangible to buy.
Think about it. We have Iraqs RIGHT NOW using 2 x 25 000 dinar notes to buy their personal groceries for the week. Wouldn't they feel ripped off if they found out if they held their money one more week, they could live for a couple years off of the notes he just transacted a week prior for some measly foodstuffs.
Chances are lower and lower with all the new articles out that we will get a fledged RV. smoke n mirrors? doubt alot of that anymore.

I can't believe this post came from GET team. Its very good. The article is significant, as it is representative of the increasing number of references to relative value of their currency on an international scale and amongst other middle eastern countries. I find it pretty encouraging.

You're right of course. But, I've been on Dinar Vets since well before the Spanish-American War, and this kind of comment is now at the point of just restating the flagrantly obvious. He is shameless, he's a pathological liar, a greaseball, a total deuce, and a big fat dummy. If you have a hyperspace button on your particular keyboard, hit that when you see a Okie post come up. We're in real good shape with the IQD. Hang on with Adam. He's not warm and fuzzy, but he's not inclined to lie to you.

"Iraq plans to sign contracts with Caterpillar Inc., German-owned MAN SE and at least one South Korean company to build 50 new power plants, Bloomberg reported March 23, citing Iraqi Electricity Minister Raad Shallal. The contracts are expected to be signed the week of March 27 and are valued at $6.25 billion. The plants should each be capable of generating 100 megawatts and are projected to be operational in the summer of 2012." Stratfor Global Intelligence.
50 new 100 megawatt power plants projected to be on line by summer of 2012 - they are serious about turning the lights back on in Iraq!

And I'm kind of likin' Frank's position on the 21Billion bucks being paid, and paid by US more and more. It seems a no brainer that Iraq has to pay the dough they owe to Kuwait. Chapter 7 to my understanding isn't gonna happen until its paid. And I would be surprised if failure to pay could cause problems in the accession app with the WTO. Kuwait was "raped before the world" as Frank say, and has had Iraq by the political cajones given the immense world sympathies for them as victims of Sadaam.
Why NOT just pay 'em. May them now, mitigate the leverage Kuwait has on them, and proceed to Ch. 7 and WTO. You have to do it anyway, why not now? It is said they haven't paid because they don't have the money? What about all that other money formerly gone missing but not found by the Iraqi gov't. What about all those unaccounted for billions in the DFI? Maybe that money got found and used to pay off Kuwait? They're ultimately gonna get the DFI funds back so they'd have to apply it to the Kuwait debt anyway. Maybe the US just did it for them?
Frank's theory is very possible regardless what the news says, IMO.

I can not get Warka to answer back!! I fell like I have upset them. I try and email every other day! No response.
haymon: I had that problem and couldn't get any reply when I emailed them through comcast.net from my home computer. I went to my office and emailed them using a different email server and got a reply right away. I read from other Warka customers that some internet services simply have trouble. And hence, email them from another machine and see if that does it.
