I've had dinars for 7 years now. Although most of the rumor postings piss me off, in the end it's my choice to read them. So I can't get too upset. In other words...stop your whining and stop reading the content in thus section.

This idea is somewhat silly. All those people would eventually have to fill their tanks and the oil companies will make their money anyway. The only way a plan like that would affect the oil companies is if every car owner in America were to drive a hybrid or electric car. Even then, that will never happen...at least not in the near future.
