AGENCY...OR OTHER HIGH POWERED ENTITIES...THEY PROBABLY WOULD'NT MAKE IT BACK AROUND FOR A SECOND GO ROUND...SOME OF THESE CLOWNS TELL THIS CRAP IN SERIES OR LOOPS...AND THEN CHANGE THEIR NAME AND COME BACK AGAIN....SOME GO AT IT UNDER THE SAME NAME FOR QUITE A WHILE BEFORE DEFECTING....BOTTOM LINE.."TRUTH DOES NOT FEAR INVESTIGATION"....I'D HATE TO KNOW THAT ANYONE WAS PAYING FOR THIS B.S.! Like someone said above in a post...if the 25000 note is tradied in for a 25 note, and is only for in country, in Iraq only, it would increase their purchasing power In Country....In Iraq....In other words Iraqi's can't use US Dollar's...at least Post RV..or they wont need to...as they will have added value supposedly higher than the USD...in their own country's currency..... just like if the US Dollar went from being worth only 80 cents to like 1.00 or more appx....Another way to look at this, if an Iraqi were to take that same 25000 note that was only worth appx. $21.36 @ 1170 to 1....prior to this, but in leiu of the new value of the dinars, it would be worth at 1 to1 to the US Dollar, like now appx. $25.00..or at 3.00 USD value per dinar,.it would be worth like in leiu of $75.00 USD worth of purchasing power...he could buy 3 times the goods as prior to this....What I've seen also mentioned, is that if Iraqi's could get the dinar out of the country and convert their dinars to US Dollars, Euro's,etc...they would be much better off...like speculators are supposedly rumored to be doing soon?...Another thing, if they don't allow much of the dinar's cross border movement, as per allowing a massive rush out of country for this scenario mentioned above, could there possibly be other things they will do to even partially deter this...like in Kuwait, where they give each person so much of the oil profits, as it's rumored that Kuwait gives each child upon birth a million dollars..this may be way off the mark, but have heard a lot over the years about this, and also that each man, woman and child get's like $80,000.00 per year oil dividends or royalties...maybe someone better educated in all of this can explain how the Iraqi's will or wont get the same treatment that speculators would recieve...as I would like to know myself, and how we speculators could reap this kind of speculative profits, and the Iraqi people not be able to do the same?....Any Explanations???

What has been puzzling me all along, is why does Iraq have to RV now, or immeadiately, like everyone has said for appx. the last 2 years, and it has'nt yet? I have mentioned this before, just for an example, but how does South Korea operate, and have been operating successfully for years, and they are about where Iraq is on their exchange rate, appx. 1150 to 1, and they have been making it work! South Korea is like a mini version of Japan, with a wonderfully advanced infrastructure, with many wages paying upwards of $15-20.00 per hour, and they have not RV'd. I know, some say they dont have the Oil, but, Iraq does'nt have the infrastructure even with the Oil, not to mention that there are even some poorer Latin American Countries that are at appx. 1 to 1 with the US Dollar, and dont have anything like South Korea or Iraq, is'nt this amazing! Then you take Afghanistan at appx. 80 to 1, Haiti at 48 to 1, and they were mentioning in a fairly recent article that the Hatian money actually needed it's value raised due to the influx of money dumped into that country from all the International Relief Efforts & Monetary Donations. Some said that I just dont understand the M-1, M-2 or M-3 Money Theories, Formulas, Etc. But besides all of this, we know that Iraq has massive wealth that has been hidden from the average person. Sure, and we can talk about the largest US Embassy in the World has just been built there, it was mentioned that only a little over 1% of the Oil is all that has been explored, due primnarily to a 30 year dictatorship, and Royal Dutch Shell just spent 15.4 Billion for Oil Exploration Rights, the most ever spent in history, we also know that Iraq has Peak Oil, the shallowest and best grade of Oil in the World, with costs at appx. as little as 1/10th of all the other Oils Production costs to bring it to the pump, this is versus all the other Oil in the World! I could go on and on with dozens of these recent events and facts that are of substantial worth as per mentioning, not to mention the prophetic events that Iraq will be a part of in the coming days, especially regarding their wealth. But, could Iraq just take their time a little longer, could Iraq take their time a lot longer, could Iraq do as many other countries have done and are doing, by using this same rate to work with; could they just wait another month or two, could they just wait another year or two, or? We all have seen that NO ONE KNOWS....there is plenty PROOF of that!!! P.S. I HOPE IT HAPPENS TODAY!!!

All I know, is that taxes are much higher in some other countries than in the U.S....that's what some dont realize...nor do some of these countries have some of the anemities or safeties of the U.S.!

Who Deals in Exotic Currencies? I was just wondering, especially since Iraq is not an Internationally Recognized Currency, and is being sold through only certain banks and specific currency dealers only..and of course Ebay. What about some of the other countries, like those that are considered Exotic Currencies...example: Like Tanzania, Africa.....Laos or Cambodia...Etc...Etc...Etc......Is there anyone or any dealers, banks, etc..out there in the World, that sell any of the exotic curencies? I know that some banks like HSBC is like in appx. 70 countries, and I have even heard that African Nations are monetarily based out of, or at least at one time, were based out of England or the U.K...like through a bank like that..Of course there are other large banks that are worldwide as well, just using this as an example. Bottom Line: If Iraq's currency can be obtained, there should be a way to get some of the others, it would just be interesting to know how one could obtain some of these hard to get currencies if they wished to do so, other than paying 10X the price from collectors on Ebay...like paying bank rate with a spread, like on the Dinars?...I figure there must be banks that at least have foreign denominated accounts for their customers, as per business being done in some of these countries?...Does anyone know???
