Obama has recently signed into law the most sweeping piece of legislation in the history of the world. That so-called healthcare bill is in fact an overt REDISTRIBUTION plan that will tax you out of wealth so that the element of our society that produces NOTHING can feel good about what Obama has done for them. Dear Ogboma, I am sorry that you were obviously offended by certain comments that question President Obama's citizenship. I am of the personal conviction that you probably don't know him, and that you have seen the same copy of a birth certificate that many other people have seen on the internet. If in fact that is the document to which you refer, I would simply point out that it is NOT a certified "Record of Live Birth", and there is a difference. I do not and will not argue the legitimacy of his birthright... BUT, when you take time to offer advice regarding one's level of education and information ("Please educate yourself and be informed.") about a given subject, you should, WELL, be educated and informed yourself. President Bush did many things that were detrimental to our American economy, but he did not create this economic disaster. You see, it is the Congress (under authority of the Constitution of the United States, Article I, Section VIII), that has the authority "...To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;..." and it was the Congress that authorized President Bush, by a significant Majority, to prosecute the "War On Terror". IF you truly believe that "President Obama is here to save YOU and the rest of the country.", then you seem to be unaware that the Office of President is only one branch (Executive) of our Republican (or "Representative") style of government, and he does not have the power to save us. The House and Senate (Congress) is another branch (Legislative), which has been (mis-) led by a Democratic majority for nearly seven years. Now, please don't misunderstand my passion. I am not defending that bunch of bumbling Republican idiots that ran right off in the ditch with the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Barney Frank (Who, by the way, was the AUTHOR of the Fannie and Freddie debacle...) and #&^%## near every other Congressman and/or Senator. The present and preceeding two congresses, in particular, have been extremely harmful to our economy, but if you will ascribe blame to Bush for single-handedly prosecuting a war without the authority of a rogue congress, then you must also grant a similar and equal station to Obama who has doubled the national debt in the course of his first year in office, and by his own budget projections will double it again within the next three years. Obama has spent more of OUR tax dollars than all the other Presidents combined and, therefore, must be responsible for the systematic destruction of America's economic system. What I am saying is this: It took a Congress that has grown fat on the backs of ordinary citizens to enact the budgets and laws that have gotten us in this predicament, and it has taken a lazy and uninformed citizenry, drunk on the wine of its own excesses, to allow it. So please do not be so simplistic and uninformed as to believe that President Bush singlehandedly caused this mess, or that President Obama can save us.

The requirements to be President of the United States of America are expressly laid out under Article II, Section I of the Constitution Of The United States, which says: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." The Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers Drafted and Ratified in the Constitution of the United States made provision(s) for a Federal Government and under Amendment X the Constitution guarantees: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Therefore, the "Several States and in particular, the State of California, having Drafted and Ratified its own particular Constitution made it possible for Arnold to be their Governor. He can not, however, Ascend to the Office of President of the United States because it is well established that HE is NOT a "natural born citizen".
