9 Feb 2018 The Intel Guy... According to source, the 800#’s will be released once the stock market falls to a certain level. The Cabal have pulled out approximately $5 trillion from the stock market. These funds are going directly into the new financial system to be converted into asset/gold-backed currency. This allows the Alliance to monitor all funds thus forcing the Cabal into submission. The RV is the key to bringing in the new financial system through the redemption of fiat currencies (IQD, VND, etc) and historical bonds (ZIM notes). Keep watch on the stock market. 9 Feb 2018 RayRat... The IMF sent instructions to the REGIONAL OFFICES to get the 800 NUMBERS published [like now]. [We wait and see what happens next!]. There are 16 regional offices….1 in Canada and 2 in the US….East Coast and West Coast. The US is divided by “Districts” that will only accept calls from that specific area code designation. [That means you can’t call 800 numbers outside of your regional area]. You will be asked who you currently bank with and accordingly assigned….if you do not have an account, a bank will be randomly designated for you. 9 Feb 2018 Judy Lyingon... 1. Yesterday Feb. 7 the 800 numbers were linked to call and redemption centers. 9 Feb 2018 Tank... • The Military told us that exchanges started this morning at around 6:30 AM EST but 800#s hadn’t been released YET. • Other sources told us that the 800# release process had been finalized they were releasing them by region, and for us to only call that number.(because somehow they want us to believe that releasing the 800#s was the problem the whole time. So thank goodness they got that mystery solved) • They used their most convenient corrupt scape goat, Wells Fargo to tell us they were doing VIP exchanges, again. • This whole exchange process is supposed to do away with that type of elitist treatment. Remember? “All go or none go.” 9 Feb 2018...Bruce... The latest information I am hearing is we may have as many as 5 separate toll free numbers, because my understanding is they may end of bringing us in by region. The different regions of the country will have their own toll free number. I am feeling everything is coming together now finally with agreement and I think they are trying to put this thing out. My understand was from Treasury sources that China really wanted this to come thru today at least in terms of toll free number. It still may be possible. I do not know.

31 May 2017 SITREP... First wave of exchanges...#800 delivered by corrier. HSBC is overseeing all global exchanges. Exchange packages with #800 ready tonight (31st) with dispersal operations now through Thursday evening.
