Black Beans and Rice

I get rave reviews everytime I make this.

4 cans black beans

1 can diced tomatoes

1 lb. bulk sausage (whatever heat you desire)

1/2- 1 cup Mojo Criollo in ethnic aisle of store

Place beans and tomatoes in medium size pot on med/low heat

Brown sausage and drain, add to beans.

Add Mojo and continue to cook until heated through

Great eaten just like this or served over rice
