i can't get into the forum or into chat without having to refresh 5 or 10 times. I had a picture on my profile but it deleted it, now when i try to reload it says cannot upload at this time.

What do i need to do??? any help

Try rebooting your computer and cleaning out the cache. Or clean the cache first and then reboot.
