I have to do password recovery every time I try to sign in.

Since you went to the "New Look", I cannot sign in.  I do the password recovery over and over, then change my password to what it has always been.  It just won't take.  Frustrating.

Sign in as a "NEW CUSTOMER"  put your username in the field for "DV Username (Optional)" and do not try to enter your email address and password.
