I really didn't want to have to make this public, but I didn't know what else to do. I paid to have my COGS sent via Fed Ex on August 18th, it was mistakenly sent to the wrong address (not mad!, mistakes happen!) The last correspondence from Julie was September 19th, that they were waiting for the COGS to be returned to them. So I tracked it Via FedEx tracking and let Julie know it was actually returned to her on that same day, September 19th at 11:11 am. I have sent 3 inquiries since the last contact with Julie 6 weeks ago on Sept 19th, and haven't heard anything. This is NOT like Dinar Vets! Other than this hiccup, its been amazing. I am very concerned, and am begging for an answer. Still waiting for my COGS after 2.5 months is INTENSE. Can someone please help me. Julie has always been amazing, I'm not sure what's goin on..

I hope I'm not seriously over stepping here, delete if so. Desperate. I can Not get the upgrade to work on any system I've got. Important paperwork was sent and no way to know if it went through. Overnighted same to address I used before. Should have arrived 11/1/18. Have 7 open support requests (on old system). Can anyone help?
