Tobias1995bmw - Yes, SteveI sent communications, yesterday, through Solutions. Solutions posted his initial message in Rumors forum approximately 5:30 pm (Sunday) and later posted the message you came across in her same thread "A Message From SteveI". Solutions advised last night that she had some time commitments today, so if Steve sent any additional info it would be posted through Jointrigued. Hope this helps.

Regarding report just aired a few moments ago ...
The report appeared to be summarizing recent meetings & various interviews. Allawi was present. I don't speak Arabic, so I couldn't understand the actual reporting. Is anyone able to clue us in?

I hope like everyone the RV does happen soon as well, but November 21, 2010 seems to me a near impossibility for the simple fact that their CBI President is still at Harvard speaking at the economics seminar this weekend until The 21st, and I would think he would want to be in Iraq at time of the announcement of the RV right? maybe Im thinking wrong, no he technically doesnt have to be there, but I would think he would thats all
Personally, I like the idea that he might remain here in the US, at the time of announcement, so he (plus his group) could ring the bell at the opening of the stock exchange.

I'm certainly not following the jist of the whole article, but it sounds as if they're headed on a better track. If I understand correctly, the allocation for the ration cards in 2009 was 4 trillion dinars, and the allocation for 2010 was reduced to 3 trillion 500 billion dinars. Their new plan for distribution of the ration cards will be to target the most impoverished people/areas & allocate the cards based on their records of the peoples' income levels. The ration cards would be usable for a limited number of basic food items.
Again, if I'm catching this correctly, they're stating the delay in the distribution of the ration cards was due to the creation of a statistical database regarding the income levels & other "technical" reasons. (perhaps the biggest "technical" reason was that the RV/RI didn't yet occur .....?????)
Nobody's commented on this post yet, which is rare for a Chief V post, IMO.
Am I catching the proper significance of the translation?

I think the info in that yahoo link is old news that's filtered around again while they're waiting for the holiday to finish and have less to write about. It reads like articles that were posting at the time of GOI formation - roughly sat/sun after the famous walkout.
