IMHO the reasons the "idiots" came up with this plan in the first place is as best I recall a study was done to demonstrate that "Global Warming"(now called climate change after the Arctic Freezes that occurred) was a hoax... the results of that study revealed that the methane produced by the various species of "bovine" animals around the world had more of an effect on the Ozone layer than all of the man-made sources combined....perhaps some of our DV sleuths will remember or locate a link to it....
