"It was decided to launch an advance of ten million dinars in addition to the advance of five million dinars to the staff of the Ministry of Education," the bank's media office said in a statement received by the agency All Iraq. 

He pointed out that "the submission is through the electronic link [qicard.net/moe]." 

The statement said that "the employee whose nominal salary is less than 500 thousand dinars will be given an advance of five million dinars, while the employee whose nominal salary is more than 500 thousand dinars will be awarded a ten million dinars."

Rafidain Bank, announced the launch of an advance ten million dinars to the Ministry of Education employees via an electronic card.

The bank's media office said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "it was decided to launch an advance of ten million dinars in addition to the advance of five million dinars to employees of the Ministry of Education," noting that "submission is through the link {qicard.net/moe} "He said. 

The statement said that "the employee whose nominal salary is less than 500 thousand dinars will be awarded an advance of five million dinars, while the employee whose nominal salary is more than 500 thousand dinars will be awarded a ten million dinars."  He pointed to the extension of "the period of repayment of the advance and be within 60 months {five years}."
