Med is so full of crap! He is so quick to be critical of other SO CALLED EXPERTS that he forgets that he is just as OFF as they are. It was a pathetic excuse when he tried to cover himself yesterday, like he knew anything and he was trying to protect us. It would be better to just admit that all of the GURUES have a different approach at giving us information. They will not always be accurate because information changes to quickly and they are basing their assumptions off of a moving target. Med doesn't need to feed us his bull and be so critical of everyone else he does not agree with or like. At least Adam has enough common sense to put a guard over his mouth and not try to create more intel than actuall exists. Patience and sometimes silence shows the true intellect of a person with wisdom and it defines who they are as a leader.

WELCOME TO SOCIALISM
I know this is going to sting a little. It was meant to inform not depress!
This is what the Obama administration has done to you, dont stick your
head in the sand if you voted for him, read.
January 1, 2011, the largest tax hikes in the history of America will
take effect.
They will hit families and small businesses in three great waves.
On January 1, 2011, here's what happens... (read it to the end, so you
see all three waves)...
First Wave:
Expiration of 2001 and 2003 Tax Relief
In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for
investors, small business owners, and families.
These will all expire on January 1, 2011.
Personal income tax rates will rise.
The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also
the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed).
The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent.
All the rates in between will also rise.
Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will again phase out, which
has the same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates.
The full list of marginal rate hikes is below:
* The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15%
*
* The 25% bracket rises to 28%
*
* The 28% bracket rises to 31%
*
* The 33% bracket rises to 36%
*
* The 35% bracket rises to 39.6%
Higher taxes on marriage and family.
The "marriage penalty" (narrower tax brackets for married couples) will
return from the first dollar of income.
The child tax credit will be cut in half from $1000 to $500 per child.
The standard deduction will no longer be doubled for married couples
relative to the single level.
The dependent care and adoption tax credits will be cut.
The return of the Death Tax.
This year only, there is no death tax. (It's a quirk!) For those dying
on or after January 1, 2011, there is a 55 percent
top death tax rate on estates over $1 million. A person leaving behind
two homes, a business, a retirement account, could easily pass along a
death tax bill to their loved ones. Think of the farmers who don't make
much money, but their land, which they purchased years ago with
after-tax dollars, is now worth a lot of money. Their children will
have to sell the farm, which may be their livelihood, just to pay the
estate tax if they don't have the cash sitting around to pay the tax.
Think about your own family's assets. Maybe your family owns real
estate, or a business that doesn't make much money, but the building and
equipment are worth $1 million. Upon their death, you can inherit the
$1 million business tax free, but if they own a home, stock, cash worth
$500K on top of the $1 million business, then you will owe the
government $275,000 cash! That's 55% of the value of the assets over $1
million! Do you have that kind of cash sitting around waiting to pay
the estate tax?
Higher tax rates on savers and investors.
The capital gains tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 20 percent
in 2011.
The dividends tax will rise from 15 percent this year to 39.6 percent in
2011.
These rates will rise another 3.8 percent in 2013.
Second Wave:
Obamacare
There are over twenty new or higher taxes in Obamacare. Several will
first go into effect on January 1, 2011. They include:
The "Medicine Cabinet Tax"
Thanks to Obamacare, Americans will no longer be able to use health
savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), or health
reimbursement (HRA) pre-tax dollars to purchase non-prescription,
over-the-counter medicines (except insulin).
The "Special Needs Kids Tax"
This provision of Obamacare imposes a cap on flexible spending accounts
(FSAs) of $2500 (Currently, there is no federal government limit). There
is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly
cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children.
There are thousands of families with special needs children in the
United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs
education.
Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children
in Washington , D.C. ( National Child Research Center ) can easily
exceed $14,000 per year.
Under tax rules, FSA dollars cannot be used to pay for this type of
special needs education.
The HSA (Health Savings Account) Withdrawal Tax Hike.
This provision of Obamacare increases the additional tax on non-medical
early withdrawals from an HSA from 10 to 20 percent, disadvantaging them
relative to IRAs and other tax-advantaged accounts, which remain at 10
percent.
Third Wave:
The Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) and Employer Tax Hikes
When Americans prepare to file their tax returns in January of 2011,
they'll be in for a nasty surprise - the AMT won't be held harmless, and
many tax relief provisions will have expired.
The major items include:
The AMT will ensnare over 28 million families, up from 4 million last
year.
According to the left-leaning Tax Policy Center, Congress' failure to
index the AMT will lead to an explosion of AMT taxpaying families-rising
from 4 million last year to 28.5 million. These families will have to
calculate their tax burdens twice, and pay taxes at the higher level.
The AMT was created in 1969 to ensnare a handful of taxpayers.
Small business expensing will be slashed and 50% expensing will
disappear.
Small businesses can normally expense (rather than slowly-deduct, or
"depreciate") equipment purchases up to $250,000.
This will be cut all the way down to $25,000. Larger businesses can
currently expense half of their purchases of equipment.
In January of 2011, all of it will have to be "depreciated."
Taxes will be raised on all types of businesses.
There are literally scores of tax hikes on business that will take
place. The biggest is the loss of the "research and experimentation tax
credit," but there are many, many others. Combining high marginal tax
rates with the loss of this tax relief will cost jobs.
Tax Benefits for Education and Teaching Reduced.
The deduction for tuition and fees will not be available.
Tax credits for education will be limited.
Teachers will no longer be able to deduct classroom expenses.
Coverdell Education Savings Accounts will be cut.
Employer-provided educational assistance is curtailed.
The student loan interest deduction will be disallowed for hundreds of
thousands of families.
Charitable Contributions from IRAs no longer allowed.
Under current law, a retired person with an IRA can contribute up to
$100,000 per year directly to a charity from their IRA.
This contribution also counts toward an annual "required minimum
distribution." This ability will no longer be there.

And worse yet?
Now, your insurance will be INCOME on your W2's!
One of the surprises we'll find come next year, is what follows - - a
little "surprise" that 99% of us had no idea was included in the "new
and improved" healthcare legislation . . . the dupes, er, dopes, who
backed this administration will be astonished!
Starting in 2011, (next year folks), your W-2 tax form sent by your
employer will be increased to show the value of whatever health
insurance you are given by the company. It does not matter if that's a
private concern or governmental body of some sort.
If you're retired? So what... your gross will go up by the amount of
insurance you get.
You will be required to pay taxes on a large sum of money that you have
never seen. Take your tax form you just finished and see what $15,000
or $20,000 additional gross does to your tax debt. That's what you'll
pay next year.
For many, it also puts you into a new higher bracket so it's even worse.
This is how the government is going to buy insurance for the15% that
don't have insurance and it's only part of the tax increases.

sponsored group health coverage that is excludable from the employees
gross income."

ADDED COMMENT! BY ORIGINATOR PATTI . . . .
LAST but far from least - effective January 1, 2013 - sell a property -
PAY A FEDERAL TAX of 3.8% on gross sales price. Doesn't matter if you
make a profit on sale - it is on GROSS not net.
Worse part of this from my perspective is as a new tax it is an
"opportunity" that the government can continue to exploit. No guarantee
that the 3.8% won't be increased in later years - remember social
security was never suppose to exceed 1%. And of course there is the
second shoe - since the Federal government is applying this tax, why not
the State government too? As a potential source of large bucks - it may
be too attractive for States to resist.
Ooookayyy. . . . . .so how do we all like socialism now ??
I know this is going to sting a little bit. Especially those who had blinders on when they voted this man in. However, this is a layout of what our unfortunate financial future will be. BE SMART WITH THE WINDFALL OF MONEY YOU ARE ABOUT TO RECIEVE. WASHINGTON WILL DO IT'S VERY BEST TO TAKE IT FROM YOU!

I understand that we are allowed to give up to $10,000.00 to an individual and they would not have to pay taxes on it. What if i wanted to give a person $250,000.00 after the RV? Would it be better to give them Dinar now before it Revalues or after? Is their any benefit on either side? My concern is that after I pay the initial taxes on my investment that they would be hit with taxes again. Is it better to give them dinar and let them pay the original trade in tax and avoid a gift tax or would they have to pay a gift tax either way? Any advice in this area would be appreciated.

No plans in Al-Iraqiya to support Abdilmahdi’s candidacy as PM

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: There are no plans within the Al-Iraqiya Bloc to support the candidacy of Vice President Adil Abdilmahdi to become Iraq’s new prime minister (PM), said Osama al-Nejeifi, a leader in Al-Iraqiya.
“According to the constitution and as election winner, Al-Iraqiya deserves to form the new government, with the bloc’s Head Ayad Allawi as prime minister,” al-Nejeifi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency on Saturday.
He noted that the Al-Iraqiya wants to form a national partnership government embracing blocs that won the country’s parliamentary election.
“We don’t want to marginalize others as happened in the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki,” al-Nejeifi stressed.
On June 2, 2010, Hayder al-Mullah, the official spokesperson of Al-Iraqiya, said that the bloc could support Abdilmahdi as nominee to occupy the position of Iraq’s prime minister if unable to form the new government. “We will not give away our constitutional right to form the new government, but in case we are unable to form it, we support Dr. Adil Abdilmahdi as a nominee to occupy the position of Iraq’s prime minister,” al-Mullah told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
Abdilmahdi currently holds the position of Iraq’s Vice President; he is also a leading figure of the Iraqi National Alliance (INA).

AQ told You that we talked on the phone today and I told her 1 and 2 are done. I then said 3 would happen Sunday. But I did NOT say the RI was going to happen on that day. As You know I defined 3 in April as the seating of their elected officals. It is the hopes that Parliament at that time.....Sunday 6th........ will open the 2010 budget that contains the RI Rate.
Then on Tuesday 8th........... They can tell the UN they have done EVERYTHING REQUIRED to fully lift Ch7 on the 15th.
Now do they have to tell us on the 6th Sunday that they are using the new RI RATE?
Nope.
They wish not to show You their bag of candies.........Yet.
Why?

Their was some very positive feed back from the divorce agreement. I was hoping that this article would be thought provocative to everyone, wether you agree or disagree with it. At some point their has to be a unified vision for our country. We have allowed the minority to rule the majority. Liberal media censorship has caused an extreme biasm and divided this country. Unfortunateley the tainted news reported to us daily has an agenda behind it. I am not saying that we should not be sensitive to the opinions of others. However, i am saying that their is a reason that their are leaders and their is a reason for followers. You will always have the wealthy, the average and the poor. Instead of always bashing the wealthy and thinking that they should be taxed heavier or that they owe more because they have more, their should be an appreciation for them. They are the one that create jobs, take risks and donate alot of their assests on top of their taxes. Some were born into wealth, but a majority of them had solid vision and a great work ethic and that is how they attained their wealth. We are all dealt different circumstances in our life. Our reality is that we are so blessed to live in a country that has so many opportunities to overcome adversaties and become prosperous if we choose. A prosperous thinking put into action with solid work ethic will always produce wealth reguardless of who is DICTATING the country. If we want true change for ourselves, our children and our grand children then we need to promote education, work ethic, christian faith and most importantly CHOICE! We have the right to choose, what an awesome blessing that is. Right choices have positive results and Poor choices bring negative results. It is not the responsibility of the whole to be held accountable for individuals poor choices. Let them suffer a little and they will eventually want to stay away from those wrong choices. I am not trying to force a belief system on anyone, but Solomen was the wisest person to ever walk the earth other than Jesus and the book of Proverbs 12:25 he says that " A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed". This means we should have an awareness of those in need and help if and when we can. Proverbs 13:24 says "Diligent hands will rule, but laziness ends in slave labor". These scriptures were written thousands of years ago. It shows us that their truly is nothing new under the son. Problems that we have today they face back then. If you have vision and work ethic, share it with others. If you do not find some one that does and learn from them. We have been given an opportunity of a lifetime with the Iraq Dinar. Wether it breaks out big or doesn't it has become so powerful and addictive because it brings hope to a thought that dreams and visions could possibly come true. When it does revalue, be prepared to secure yourself first and then to bless others. Serving others should be a natural response to blessings that we recieve. Look at the needs around you, have an awareness of who is in your life that may need a little assistance to have a breakthrough. Use your words to encourage it costs you nothing. Have a giving heart before your wealth hits and you will remain wealthy. True change will happen in this country by influencing an individual at a time. Politicians will not and can not return us to a place where we should be. It is our responsibility.

I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sakes of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course. Our two ideological sides of America can not and will not ever agree on what is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way. HERE IS A MODEL SEPERATION AGREEMENT: Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but i am sure out two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and sisparate tastes. We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we will take our firearms, the police, the NRA and the military. We will also take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them). We will keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street. You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys hippies, druggies and illegal aliens. We will keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We will keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood. You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us. You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. when our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security. We will keep our Judeo-Christian values.. You care welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, Political Correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N., but we will no longer be paying the bill. We will keep the SUV,s, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Subaru station wagon you can find. You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors. We will continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right. We will keep the Battle Hym of the Republic and the National Anthem. I am sure you'll be happy to substitute, Imagine, I'd like to Teach the World to Sing, Kum Ba Ya or We Are the World. We will practice trickle down economics and you can continue th give trickle up poverty you best shot. Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our flag. Would you agree to this? If so, please pass it along to other like minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just ignore it. I know that Bush was not a perfect President. However, I don't believe that anyone can deny that alot of people made alot of money from every class level. I live in Tulsa, Ok and our job market was booming. As soon as people believed that Obama was going to win everything died. I am in the energy industry and what i have learned is this that tree huggers and mother earth worshipers are the reason that we have problems. Presidents are influenced by money and agenda. Our unfortunate reality is that the people suffer when decisions are based on agendas. We need to get back to a middle of the road approach with conservative moral values!

Med is just as full of crap as the rest. The only difference is when he doesn't agree with others he has to throw out insults as well as being demeaning as possible (insecure). This clearly shows the lack of self control and character. Here is a concept, post what you have to post and leave it at that! If you do not agree with others, then don't read their posts. Funny thing is the people that cry, complain and whine the most about intel are ALWAYS the first ones to read the new posts from individuals that they envy or dispise. It is about time that people start choosing to have character and class over being imature and classless. Every person in these forums has the abilitiy to be off on their posts. It is not our place to judge their intentions. Be responsible and follow whom you believe to be the most accurate and stay away from the others. God gave you a brain and one would assume that you would use it!
