Good afternoon all! Things seem to be rapidly moving to an economic end that will benefit Iraq and their citizens and us as investors. (WE ALL HOPE!!!)
As an 8 year veteran of this investment I've seen/heard/experienced a lot. Lately, there's been renewed talk and rumors on a Float vs. RV/RI. Over coffee this morning my wife and I had this discussion and I would like to pose a question to you wonderful "Dinarvetinarians!"
Question: "There is obviously a planned rollout of the "event" by the economic leadership of Iraq …Does Iraq benefit more economically/politically from a gradual FLOAT of the currency or from a RV/RI?

Guru pumping. IMO people are tired of the dinar ride, looking for another "something" that's going to be an instant hit. I myself am finding the dinar ride tiresome. I bought mine back in 2009 while working in Iraq (Camp Taji) and never thought I'd be here 5+ years later, still waiting for some kind of movement.

The prophecy of the bible talks about the entire world being united under one religion,government,economy,and ruler at the very end.
Well if there will one day be a united world under the beast system,I have no trouble whatsoever in believing that there might also be a reset of all the worlds currencies beforehand.

I would say numbers one and two are huge wastes,while 3 and 4 are good investments.
Don't expect your fiat wealth to last that long my friend.Despite what they are telling us a hard correction or total market crash is coming.
I would make sure my first priorities are to pay off all debt so the government can't come knocking.Secondly buy extra food/water/filters/ seeds/ solar panels/firearms/ammo etc and whatever you can to become as self sufficient as possible.You do NOT want to have to depend on the government to protect you in the coming crises.Thirdly try to make sure you can bless some of your family/friends with the same preparations if they are open to it.And last but not least make sure you give God at least 10 percent if you are a believer,and try to bless those that are less fortunate then you.
Those are the most important things I feel.

Guess what, that didn't happen either. We scrambled for hours to try to find out why we didn't have an RV by 7pm (the latest time it was to be activated) and about 9:45pm est we finally got our answer.
It seems that the correct timing and/or procedures were not excuted. Don't worry, the process continues and corrections are being made. They are trying to fix things now, but they need the help of some of the team that is still in Iraq. If the RV is not announced by the time we are to do our call, I will explain everything and give you the new projection time.
I'm going to bed and to sleep, I suggest you do the same. If they work it out tonight, you will want to be fresh and alert so that you don't miscount.
Things will look better tomorrow and again, I will explain on the call. It is not a problem, it will be processed properly and in half the time.
