As a Newbie, maybe I am not as tired of the rhetoric (yet), because I see this as Kuwait and Iraq meeting and moving forward towards agreements that will end CVII sanctions, and more importantly, the Trilogy is meeting and figuring out how to move the country forward as a whole. Heck, everybody is talking, and I find that to be key. In the past few days, we have not seen much news, and I also think that in this case no news is good news. Maybe I am just a Naive' Newbie.

fnbplanet, great information, where it is a draft or whatever, I have never seen the current details spelled out before, and the Iraqi public may not either, which is more important. There is a lot of great information, and the one piece that stood out for me, was:

2- and an end to address the issue of liability or official position of Acting (Minister of Agency, Chief, and Under Secretary of ..., etc.) within three months from the beginning of the House of Representatives, while ensuring the constitutional balance.

I would take this to indicated the Ministerial positions would have to be filled within three months of the Parliament returning from their upcoming "holiday". I have been unable to find a schedule for this upcoming holiday, other than to say it was shortened from two months to two, which after the news stating the holidays contributed towards inflation, was probably a good idea.

But....if I am reading this correctly, and the ministers must be placed within three months of Parliament's return, this could put the RV out four months. Gee, that would be around September 1st, just in time for the new currency.

Ugh. Please tell me I am interpreting this.
