  1. My husband, who is an expert in internet marketing has said the same thing to me. He said he believes all these 'Gurus' are just a small handful of guys marketing among a bunch of websites. He said this is a common internet practice to help increase sales across various websites. He would not be surprised if they had been hired by companies that sell dinar, to create this chatter.
  2. Hi, my name is Stacy. My husband and I bought dinar about a year ago based on a tip from his brother's accountant that we needed to buy right away because the RV was going to happen the following week. I was skeptical, but it did seem to be a reasonable scenario that this dinar would revalue at some point. When it didn't happen, we went back to him, and like the rest of you, have been hearing every week since that 'this is the week'. I started googling dinar to see if I could find out anything about the RV and landed on this site and haven't really gone anywhere else since. I come on every 3-4 days and it's the same story with the 'Guru's' and the pumpers. Their info sounds just like the story we get from my brother-in-law's accountant every week. "I'm tellin' ya - this thing is gonna happen!" He says he has 'inside' people and he tells us that big groups are already cashing in at some banks. People with lots of dinar are being allowed to cash in before everyone else. I think he's a good guy - an honest guy. I mean I think he wants it to happen just as much as we do, but it never actually happens. He swears he's not on the websites and is not getting his info from pumpers, but actually knows 'people'. I flew to Phoenix last week and ended up sitting next to some career Army guy. When he mentioned that he'd been in Kuwait the week before I sheepishly mentioned we had dinar. He said he had them too. He said in 2003 when he was in Iraq that he and 40 of his guys went to the local exchange and exchanged dollars for dinar. With the same thought that they'd be worth money some day. I mentioned how annoying it was how the website people always say it's gonna happen every week and every week they are wrong. He didn't even seem to know these websites existed. He doesn't follow it at all. Seemed like it was just a raffle ticket to him. I was a little bummed - I was hoping he'd have some 'boots on the ground intel'! LOL The longer I read these posts, the more I get discouraged and encouraged at the same time. Discouraged like it never seems to happen and these 'guru's' are always wrong, and encouraged because it seems like there's more and more hype each week and every week that goes by means we're one week closer to it actually happening. I guess my question is - to you people who've been holding this dinar for years and years - has it been like this all these years? With people saying "It's next week'", "It's tomorrow" and "It already happened"? Or is this something new and increasing. Does it seem like it's closer to actually happening? Or does it seem the same as when you first bought? Thanks for any answers. Stacy
