    No, She also said all last year that we were crazy when my brother and I were saying before the end of the year, She said God told her it wouldn't happen until she was 24, turned 24 last December. She also believes God told her the rate, not tellin' that though! (it's a good one a lot better than $.17)

    I've been having reoccurring visions of a cheeseburger with onion rings.

    Let's dissect my visions, shall we?

    A double cheese burger so that = 2.

    Two onion rings equal = 00

    So that makes the rate 2.00

    Now the date you ask?

    In my dream, the cheeseburger grew legs and started chasing me, frightened - I woke up quickly to stop the nightmare. I looked over at the clock and it said 3:24 AM.

    That means march 24th.

    These are my visions.

    I dont want to speak for SLOTH but I believe his comments of losing 100-300 dollars is resulting from his suspicion that Iraq will lop. taking our million dinar to a thousand dinar... then revaluing to 1 to1.

    just a guess. This scenario creates a loss or break even investment for those who spent $1000 or more dollars on 1 million dinar. This doesnt even consider exchange fees etc.

    We are all hoping this is not the scenario.

    Right now I know that the CBI have had the coins up on their site for some time now and they have still stated till this date that they are not in circulation ...... so how come you can buy these coins ebay ?? check out the link below they look the same as the ones on the cbi site to me

    I have 2 uncirculated rolls of coins from when i was deployed in Iraq. You can get them at most any bank over there, however they are very uncommon.

    I want a minute and seventeen seconds of my life back.

    I just returned from my bank. (BOA)

    I went to deposit last weeks paycheck, and was waited on by an exgirlfriend of mine.

    I have known her for 30+ years. We talked about her sons upcoming graduation as she handled my deposit.

    Then she handed me my reciept with her left hand. Mind you I dated her for years and I KNOW she is right handed.

    Then she said I will see you later.

    This muswt be the sign we have been waiting for. WE ARE THERE!!!!

    Is it a RUMOR that your car is paid off? Perhaps it's NEWS, no, no, no, I bet it's OFF-TOPIC? Hmmm

    Well so I called my credit union today and asked them for my balances, and just found out that my car is now paid off... ( isn't that great news ? )

    I would have asked them about the dinar but they don't handle foreign currency..

    Sorry if this isn't good news for you but it is good for me..

    RV Soon? Boots exercise near B.O.B.

    A friend of mine called me two hours ago (or so) from Iraq (Baghdad) while I was on the road driving through mid-Missouri. He said they were just gearing up to do exercises near and around xxxx xx xxxxxxx. He stated it was just an exercise in the event a riot or similar situation would break out. He said this seemed out of the ordinary and has never happened in the time he has been there. We were both excited as I am holding my own dinar, and his dinar. Who knows what it could mean though, maybe just gearing up for protests, maybe gearing up for RV? Just the latest from my personal friend in Iraq.

    SO, SORRY FOR YOUR WIFE 'S HEALTH!

    I have seen it sold on Craig's List which is local, the ad said they would go to the bank have money verified and complete the sale. That way the meeting wasn't at their home and was safer.

    I will keep u both, in my prayers and claim victory for ur wife.smile.gif

    I know this is an older post, but in review I am wondering what coins you're trying to sell--- the current iraqi coins are not in circulation.

    I will take a picture tonight and upload so you can see and maybe help figure this out. All the money i have listed was acquired in Baghdad personally. Everything is uncirculated.

    On a pre- purchased cashiers check on a COD basis through Fed. Express I would be interested in the dinar contact me if interested

    No offense taken, and I completely understand where you guys are coming from, especially being a new(er) member here (although I have been lurking on these forums for quite some time). I would be willing to help in any way possible to safe guard potential buyers (as long as it is still safe for me). If a senior member, or even mod-admin are in the Kansas City area I would be willing to meet with them in person, check everything out and come with me to the shipping place of buyers choice to ensure I send the same package they inspected. Otherwise, I could fax a copy of my drivers license, give out any personal information (within reason) that would make potential buyers feel more comfortable. I am in no way out to get anyone. Just looking for some help during these rough time on the best dinar forum I know of. Thank you for your concern.

    Also, I am not the best with computers, but I do know the owner/admin/mods would have a way of tracking me by my IP address. That would lead to charges of fraud, forgery, etc, etc - consequences and risks I want to have no part in. One would have to be a buffoon to try and do such thing knowing the risks (let alone have that Karma following them around) and how easily one is tracked with today's technology.

    Sloth I'm so sorry for your situation and that you feel you have to get out when we seem so close. Forgive me please for what I'm about to say here, this is in no way and attack on your character sir. Dinar Vets we just went through allot of Drama about one of our members getting taken while trying to conduct a private Dinar Purchase. I CAUTION you all and encourage that you use COMMON sense in this before making any purchase from anyone in a public FORUM. So many people get burnt. Please be very very careful in any transactions you do with anyone! JMO. Peace.

    I am truly sorry to hear of your wifes health issues -- blessings to you both .....

    I know this is the proper thread for this, but I do want to say that I believe Adam is working on a method to make these kinds of interactions less potentially hazardous as a service to all members.
