When the smoke clears, I believe we will see that the novelty voters stayed home because the novelty has worn off. Most of them don't even know what thier novelty has or hasn't done for four years.

The Koch bros. have many interests that are not making money right now, Georgia Pacific included. They continue to operate anyway, faithfully relying on better times ahead. Folks should be thanking them instead of spanking them for providing good jobs in bad times! IMO

See the irony in this? The"gun control law" stating that no firearms allowed removed the opportunity for a responsible citizen to reduce the carnage. I know that not all folks will carry but all it would have taken is one. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and I for one am sick of seeing Holmes face on the TV.

Just my opinion, being in the south with "traditionally lower pay" 43.50 an hour is contractor pay, not employees. I have made that kind of money doing so, carrying my own expenses,insurance etc. To be employed at that kind of wage with benefits would be a BLESSING, not a right given by a labor union! JMO

We've had a lot of rain here the last week any most rivers are flooding, i think he is a river dweller and if I had to guess, about now he is busy helping a neighbor!

I think many are missing something very important here. Obama is not ignorant or stupid. He has positioned himself to where the ignorant and stupid believe what ever comes out of his mouth is true and they just take it as law! No doubt he studied constitutional law so in his future he knows how to skirt it and eventually dismantle it! The man is no dummy, he is scary smart. IMO .

Most people just ignore the absurd bet and go back to their conversations.
One guy even leaves the bar. A little while later that guy comes back and asks the American, "Is that bet still on?"
"Sure."
So the bartender lines 10 Guinness's up on the bar the Irishman drinks them all in less than 10 minutes.
As the American hands over the money he asks, "Where did you go when you left?"
The Irishman answers, "I went next door to the other pub to see if I could do it."

I was stationed at Ft.Knox as a Drill Sgt, and loved it there.
But what I thought was wierd about KY,
is that out of 120 counties,
90 are dry.
BTW....
Love the series "Justified."
Takes place in KY.
Just FYI.
Check it out on FX channel.
It's OK to have all those dry counties in KY, more Jim Beam to send to TX.

I have bought on ebay from different sellers,GID and the bank. I just make copies of the notes [actually arranged so just to make sure I get the serial numbers]. I copy them only to possibly have recourse if they are bogus,

Husband's and Wife's diaries.
Wife's Diary:
Tonight, I thought Jim was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all day long; and I was a little late for our date.
Conversation wasn't flowing, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late; but he made no comment on it. So I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset..He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it.
On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behavior I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.'
When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV.
He continued to seem distant and absent.
Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else. He fell asleep - I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else.
My life is a disaster.
