Just my opinion.FWIW: According to Motion for extension filed in the Unitied States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, CMKX Share Holder case will be settled on or before August 24,2011. In other words they will get paid.
Why will they get paid?
For Fine and Penalty.
F & P for what?
This will need pages to explain, so google for 3.87 Trillion law suit against SEC.
Who will pay them?
UST
UST is broke, how will they pay 50,000 plus share holder.
UST will be able to afford to pay CMKX share holder after RV(Speculation, not mine most share holders speculates that
they will get paid $0.80/share F&P).
In conclusion RV has to occure before August 24, 2011.

Optimistic but cautious . Bank teller gets their information from customers who believs every thing posted on messgae boards and the
same information is passed on to other bank customers.......
I experienced this scenario personally last month. One of the teller at FCB told me the same story because one of her customer told her RV by Friday(this was last month)

I do not understand how these "Gurus"/"Pumpers" can keep posting Bull She At. They must really have some serious issues!
I spoke with BoA and my business bank. I have a long productive history with the President and manager of both banks. They are both aware of the dinar and have heard nothing from their home or corporate offices regarding any potential RV.
Still hopeful but in for the long run....still!

CMKX SH were suppose to get paid by Christmas 2010 @.80/share as fine and penalty from Treasury. Latest news is, they are expecting $2.00/share. You know how many shares average share holder holds? Approximately 10,000,000 .
Aprrox. 50,000 CMKX Sh are waiting because of RV and WS.

Thanks Mark. I was going through all the documents they sent me and I was not comfortable with this third party settlor and as a trustee moving my assets I am glad that I found your post in DV.
