I am confused and have a question, in an earlier reply the statement was made that the RV would give the Iraqi people more buying power, I can see that happening for about 24 hours, then the price of goods and services will go up at exactly or a higher rate than the RV, so how are the people any better off?. Businesses never take it on the chin! Please don't shoot me, I am still trying to make sense of this, thanks all for the posts and info, I am after all a NEWBIE!
