You will find this by going to natdania and open up the Netstation.

You need to open the instruments and find USD/IQD. Right click and select 'quote', a new window should open.

The overview screen is conflicting as it shows both old rates and what look like new rates.

Click on the 'trades' tab and see what I mean.

I did what you posted and I see the same thing...unfortunately I can't tell you what it means.......

My forex is froze too.....and I watched it till 2:00a.m. this morning...it's froze ...not updating at all! Also I'm showing CBI hasn't updated since 1/20/2011. Something is going on....I don't know what...but I'm also reading that the U.N. is now on the ground in Iraq and are there to help keep democracy in order!!....Does anyone else remember about a week to week and a half ago...a very credible source chat on here said the only thing holding up the RV was the U.N.!!!!! I took that info and filled it away with a grain of salt as with all things on chat...but now with all the recent activity...and headlines saying U.N. is now present in Iraq....I'm thinking this thing is fixing to blow!!!!!! I'm very excited...praising God....before during and after for allowing me to be a part of history!! Just incase this is some of our last posts....before our lives are transformed .....THANK you sincerely to all who have posted and shared on this site....!!!!! Thank you Whiterose. Lately it seems as if every post begins with "don't shoot the messenger" and then no matter what, people explode over every rumor, question, comment, or statement?? If everyone is hoping for the same outcome, wouldn't it an easier ride if there was some positive attitudes instead of all the bashing? I think someday, someone will stumble across some accurite information and will not post it because of all of the negativeness. It just isn't worth it. Thank you again.

I was praying today and God spoke to my heart to have all members who believe that Gods' word will not return void to speak out loud and believe in their heart as they read this and declare this over Iraq and over the obstacles standing in the way of the world being blessed by this RV that is coming....It is Gods' heart to bless his people His word says that He came so that we could have life and have it more abundantly...He also said that we as Christians are blessed to be a blessing....I for one have planned on opening a non-profit organization to go into third world countries and give medical services since I was 8yrs old......I will soon be able to do just that..... God will be glorified before, during, and after this RV......Faith according to God is believing and receiving something you have not laid your eyes on...I believe in my heart that the RV is a done deal but we have yet to see it in the natural but it is finished!! It was God that led me to invest and to stand in faith for this venture...and it is God who my trust is in...not man...not the head of any government or people...my hope is alive and strong in Him!!!!!! Praise God and profess with your mouth what God has shown you in your heart....all of our callings and journeys are different we all have a purpose a dream a destiny....embrace your destiny by faith and stand and stand some more until you lay hands on your vision....if God hasn't given you a specific vision or purpose He is calling you to do then get alone...quiet your mind and let his Spirit speak to you...He is waiting on you to press toward Him.....Let's usher in His presence across our land....unite our faith all of us every single believer. Ok...some people need to reread the above post again....no where does it state that I said the RV was in the Bible!!! ,,,,,world being blessed by this RV , Gods' word will not return void, God will be glorified before, during, and after this RV, Gods' heart to bless his people -....this was in the post....--and P.S. God can use anyone or anything to bless you...whether it's a bird when your in prison, or manna from heaven, or casting your nets upon the water and receiving more fish than you can haul in your boat...God has many ways to bless people....God's word is filled with examples of where he multiplied what people had...wine....oil...etc....I did graduate from Bible school but I'm not going to banter back and forth. I just wanted to post what God had placed on my heart to do. I was obedient and that is what matters most to me!!

It is my opinion... from reading the news that it is in their best interest to make a move and RV soon due to the amount of money and movement it will take to pull off a Summit that shows the world they are back and large and in charge!! If they do not revalue soon the people that are comming to the summit will continue to look upon Iraq as a joke! The whole motivation for M to have this Summit is to display Iraq's new power and reestablishment of a place where investors can come and invest and see a return!! No RV...very bad world view on Iraq....if it waits another year,2 or more I'm still ok...I will still be standing in patience..... but I do not believe Iraq can afford to delay for very much longer!!
