I've worked in all venues of television, news, and film over 40 years. I know what something like this would do if it was widely publicized. I would suggest NOT contacting anyone that might try to start a big story on the upcoming RV. People that I work with in the media don't even know I'm invested. Only some family and closest friends. I believe that if you're invested in the IQD, then you were chosen and there is some special reasoning down the road for you and your investment.
CONTACT THE MEDIA = BAD IDEA!!

Even if he did, I don't really see what he could do about it.

[Debby] OK Hubby just got off the phone with Iraq. First off he has been home now for alittle over a year from Iraq, their he was a welder contracted through KBR and worked at Camp Delta in Iraq. He still contacts the people he worked with for info. The Iraqis are saying that it did RV.
* I just want to know, what is Iraq's phone number? I want to give them a call so I can confirm this.

Yesterday Okie claimed it was "Done done" and just a matter of moments until we see it. He said he knew the rate and date. Rate - 4.40 (right?) and Date - "Today!"
Well, that was yesterday and I'm still just as poor as I already was. He went from RV or Thurs. cash-in on Mon. to TODAY!
My question is, how can he top that now? Unless he claims it will show up yesterday.
Wonder if he'll finally admit that he doesn't know anything.

I have a question. I served in the Air Force back in the early nineties and was stationed at Incirlik AB in Turkey. I was there for three years. (Two 18 month 'tours') While there I naturally used the Lira. At that time, 1USD was equal to 40,000 Lira. So, a 10,000 lira coin was worth roughly a quarter. When I came back to the United States for good, I had a few (circulated) lira that I gave to my brother as a souvenir. (Not an investment.) Well, I was looking around on the net and out of curiosity I looked up the value of the Lira. Right now, 1 Lira is worth about 50 cents. So, if I still had a 10,000 lira coin from the nineties (which cost me 25 cents) would that be worth $5,000? I remember hearing something about Turkey but can't remember. If this is true, I will get ahold of my brother and tell him he should call the bank because I gave him a couple hundred thousand lira back in the day. I won't ask for anything because I did give it to him as a gift and I have Dinars. Hopefully it's still the same bills and hopefully he still has it. So, if anyone has any insight to this, please let me know. Thanks. Oh yeah....Okie says the RV is TODAY!!!! ( <---- That's how he wrote it ) and that rate is 4.40 GBP. Either way....Go RV.
I just seen that the Lira has been replaced with the New Lira which is now just (different) Lira.
Does that mean the 90s era Lira has no value?

Seems to me they would want to exchange for as many customers as possible. They need other people's money to make money. Can't see why they would turn ANYONE away especially considering they could make any spread they want.

I've seen mention of a "New" CBI website. Is this a different website than CBI.IQ ?
If so, could someone please point me in the "New" direction.
