    I have been reading your "thoughts" and "moans" and "bashing" for some months now and finally I must say i've had enough! You are some smart "arse' kid who doesn't do his "homework" reseaching or even listening to anyone else! You must REALLY love the sound of your own thoughts! If you knew anything about world economy and the way the REAL world works, you would read more and write less....Your as big a "Pumper" as some of the others are...nothing more and nothing less.....Do as all a favor and STOP

    I have been in this for years, I am curious if we just all stopped buying dinar period, how things would go. I mean seriously, every time we go through something positive, the dinar dealers make another million bucks. And just when we all start to lull a bit, or back off........RV is coming for sure!! I can't say who told me, or my brother's uncles' cousin's friend, or just trust me this time,...and what happens?............Dinar dealers make another million dollars! What happens when we all just stop running out and buying it every time they pump us, every time they take advantage of the trust and faith we have put in people, hoping they are just being good, honest people. We are all speculators, that is why we are here, we speculated on this investment, weighed our options, and jumped in. Then we found a great community where we could share our facts, opinions, and educated guesses, and take this journey together. Guys like Doc,..who I always look forward to reading his posts, makes it enjoyable to come here. Then, we find ourselves being outright deceived, lied to, and taken advantage of by people with absolutely no intel or resources, just something to hype it up, buy some time, and attach us to another date! The funny thing is the gurus, that have all the intel, and tell us bogus stories, don't even get together and tell the same one! I believe in this RV, and I think there are so many good people here that are truly hoping for a better life, and a tool to help others! But 90% of this community is great, respectful, honest, hardworking, intelligent, considerate, and respectful!! Let's start treating them as such! Speculate all you want, that's what we do, and post the rumors in the rumors,..but stop telling us this is it!! Stop telling us you won't disappoint, stop saying this is solid info. Just give us what ya got, less all get some facts, pool our resources, and help each other make some educated opinions! Go RV, let's work together, successful people detach theirselves from negativity, let's do the same, and hold these people accountable! I probably will get bashed, maybe even banned, but I just wanna say what I feel, I hope I can get some creditability,..because lately it seems it doesn't take much! HAPPY NEW YEAR,..GO RV!

    Anyone who states that Iraq has to RV by the end of this year whether it be Paris aggreement or any other is flat wrong. Any person who suggests there is any such deadline is lying to you. There are no deadlines either self imposed or from foreign entities like IMF, WTO, or WB to RV by the eoy. People who suggest otherwise should be ignored just like those who suggest any rate over 1.00, it simply isn't going to happen.

    I would also like to add that anyone who says that an RV is inevitable because they need to so they have a tradeable currency in order to draw foreign investors, nonsense. It would probably help but it isn't neccessary. Iraq has oil, a lot of oil, they will always have money because of it.

    Okay, I asked yesterday and got a response from a couple folks. I really would like to hear from Marcus Curtis and others of his intelligence without any long attachments to post in regards to who actually pays for an RV/RI? It appears from my previous post that knowone really pays and it is just done. However, reading concerns on this very topic about trillions in circulation and that there is no way it could possibly RV/RI because of the amount. I was disappointed I did not get any better answers on the subject "who pays". Maybe is was the blunt word. I must say that I am typing on an iPhone and it seems to place it's own word in sometimes, so sorry if that got ya. I understand basic math and have run multiple businesses for years and have followed this site for awhile but just decided to join this site, but still don't understand the economics on the subject completely. So, what is your best reponse to the question: who pays if an RV/RI occurs? No magic tricks because there seems to be plenty of fear of, well, you know, the L word. Again, if you feel compeled to attach something long, I would prefer you just point me in the right direction. The point is to have you sum it up in a nutshell, if possible. I bet most people on this site do not understand it either, if they could admit it. Go RV.....

    I guess joining now is better than never! If you took the time to READ ALL the previous posts, rumors or not you would UNDERSTAND how things work! Stop being lazy and do like the rest of us and READ,READ, READ and if need be do your reseach as we all have....Grow up and LEARN :angry:

    I do not frequent any of the listed dinar forums and it is nice to be able to see all of the �tid bits� in one place.

    Here is something I shared with someone this am who was having doubts and I thought it would be good to share with all as a reminder.

    Sometimes we need to take a glance back to see just from where we have come to know full well were we now stand.

    Here is a refresher.

    Iraqi is under chapter 7 UN sanctions and as we all know we may see the removal or modification of Chapter 7 sanctions this Tuesday the 16th as the UNSC meets on this very issue.

    Chapter 7 is the 7th chapter of the UN charter which places nations under strong international economic

    sanctions.

    Iraq has been under UN Chapter 7 sanctions from 1991 until present.

    They were placed under these sanctions right after the invasion of Kuwait.

    It was under the authority of Chapter 7 sanctions that the UN/IMF/World Bank came into Iraq and took over the Central bank and the currency of Iraq.

    When they did this they deemed all Iraqi Saddam Dinars void and issued the New Iraqi Dinar that we now hold.

    This company DelaRue printed 9 Trillion IQD and they introduced this in October of 2003 and gave the Iraqis 3 months to exchange the old for the new.

    A total of 4.5 trillion was exchanged and went into circulation and the rest was placed into protective storage.

    When the new IQD was printed there were 14 denominations printed but only 9 have been issued to date and it is speculated the lower denominations that were not released are the ones that are about to go into circulation now as they remove the larger �zero notes�

    It is speculated that the 5 missing denominations that we are about to see are the 25 dinar the 10 dinar the 5 dinar the 1 dinar and the 1/2 dinar notes.

    When they did this change of currency they also devalued the currency to near worthless.

    This massive devaluation was done for specific reasons.

    Reason 1 was to prevent and hinder the resistance from having the funding to fight the US and British forces.

    And the second reason was to prevent or reduce the pending humanitarian disaster that would have been caused by a flood of refugees into surrounding nations.

    So by doing this massive over night devaluation they effectively froze/removed the personal monetary assets of all Iraqis.

    Now it is under this same authority of the UN Chapter 7 and the sweeping powers it gives the international community over Iraqi assets that the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar will happen and this also provides the legal bases of same.

    So all that we will be seeing when the revaluation takes place is the return of the assets which were removed from the nation of Iraq and its people.

    It is not like the nation of Iraq will be getting something out of no where�it is just that what was taken from the people and the nation of Iraq will be returned and even then only a fraction of what they once had.

    So the reality of the situation is that after all is said and done the nation of Iraq after coming out of near 20 years of economic sanctions and after the return of the assets and wealth to the people and nation of Iraq the value of the Iraqi Dinar even AFTER the revaluation will be a fraction of what it was pre UN sanctions.

    As it should be.

    So what we are seeing now with all of the confusing articles on the removal of zeros is to be expected.

    My analysis of all of the �removal of zero� articles is the following:

    1. They are about to revalue the Iraqi Dinar to at or just above $1.00.

    2. They at the same time will place into circulation the lower denominations, 25,10,5,1, and 1/2 dinar notes.

    3. They will then give a set time for the removal of the �3 zero notes� (large denominations) and that deadline may be the end of 2010.

    Now I have always thought we would see the removal of Chapter 7 sanctions at or near the same time as the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar and as stated before we see that they have set this Tuesday the 16th for the meeting on this very subject.

    So that is it�we see Iraq moving forward with the free and open democratic elections and we have the UNSC meeting this very week on the removal of Chapter 7 sanctions so all in all things are looking great.

    So I just thought I would share this refresher with all on just where we have come from in an effort to clarify just where we now stand.

    I think everyone is "jumpy" with all that is going on in Iraq! It will happen when it happens, some of us really hope this thing happens soon, but hey it's been one hell of a ride getting here!

    We have seen some real idiots proclaiming "dates and rates" but no one really knows until it HAPPENS PEOPLE!!!!! :rolleyes: Sit back and wait is all we can do, so please stop pretending

    to "know" when this thing will happen! :D

    Don't you just hate newbies coming here with their KNOWLEDGE and KNOW HOW's and "GOVERNMENT" Info! Well it gave me a good laugh, guess if our newbie, knew a thing or

    two and was that great he'd learn how to SPELL!!!!! :lol::P

    seems you also could be just a little more respectful as well, in fact I implore you to do that please :)
