    It was never God's will to destroy Israel just like it was never His will to destroy Nineveh. God isn't willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentence. What changed those situations was God's mercy, not God's indecision. And to link that to a currency investment is quite a leap in logic, and a bizarre one at that if you ask me.

    If it happens on June 29th that won't meet the criteria of his prophecy. He said the first of June so he will be wrong after June 10. And he said $3.87 - $3.89, so if it's $3 or $3.50 that won't work either. If he's right then I'll keep listening to him, but if he's wrong I won't. It's that simple.

    Well...I have something to share.I had a broken wrist,which required a bone to be removed from my hip to be inserted into my wrist.The doctor was recognized for being one of the top bone doctors in Mpls. At the time he was the Minn. Vikings ortho.. surg..So i when i got out of surgery the doc.said my chances for success was around 50-50..with hopeful recovery time of 6 months..The surgery did not work...So i was at a bible study...where i was only youth there..I had plans to play college football,...dashed...but at the bible study....a missionary from Chad asked me if they as a group could lay hands on my wrist...They asked me if i believed JESUS could heal my wrist...I said.. yes and while they were praying...i felt my bones moving in my wrist...Actually was a little painful...So,i was very curious..9- months since....Went to talk to doc..He informed me we could do another surgery...chances weren't good though....only about 35-40%...I told him i was here to get proof my wrist was starting to heal...He said wouldn't be possible at this point,but i wanted the proof...Well he did take a xray...and came back with my proof saying The proof is there is power in prayer...your wrist is

    on it's way to recovery...KEEP IN MIND I COULD NOT SWING A BAT OR GOLF...EVEN LIFT A SIMPLE LUNCH TRAY FOR 1 1/2 YEARS...I WENT ON TO PLAY COLLEGE FOOTBALL AND EVEN WIN SOME GOLF TOURNEY'S...ALL THE WHILE WHEN I WAS TOLD I WOULD NEVER PLAY QB AGAIN OR GOLF...PRAISE BE TO JESUS ..TO ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!!!

    I do not believe you are too far off...With that being said...I believe the euro will fall 1st and some 2-3 weeks later the dollar falls..Notice China has positioned her self with aprox. about 800-billion t-bills and aprox.around 1.4 trillion in euro bailouts...Having said this.....China also has to have a buyer of their products....which is hurting them because of the sum of the situation...Now one might say they could raise the peoples wages to become the buyer they need...In this.. i do not feel there is enough time for this change to take place....to quench the enormous buying demands of their economic engine...So to sum up my thoughts...I would say..watch what CHINA does...Both the usd and euro are at their mercies if you will...

    As the United States continues to fracture in every way imaginable, most citizens are unable to keep up with the never-ending hodgepodge of government corruption. Each day, a new larger-than-life scandal emerges, and in the short mind span of news media, there is always a bigger and better story to chase. Right now, the hot button issue for mainstream news outlets is healthcare reform, and its myriad implications for our society; this doubtlessly ensures the aforementioned media will continue to overlook unprecedented accusations brought forth in a recent $3.87 trillionlawsuit against U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary L. Shapiro, as well as several other current and former SEC commissioners, among others.

    This Bivens action suit represents the largest fraud case in world history, and was filed in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, on January 8th by Pasadena attorney Al Hodges; in his complaint, made on behalf of CMKM Diamonds shareholders, Hodges alleges that:

    [Complaint paragraph 31] During the period of June 1, 2004 through October 28, 2005 a total of 2.25 Trillion “phantom” shares of CMKM Diamonds Inc, was sold into the public market through legitimate brokers, illegitimate brokers and dealers, market makers, hedge funds, ex-clearing transactions and private transactions. The sales of the majority of such shares were at all times known to the Securities and Exchange Commission, including Defendants herein.
    [Complaint paragraph 32] At some date prior to June 1, 2004 the Securities and Exchange Commission in concert with the Department of Justice of the United States, together combined with Robert A. Maheu and others to utilize CMKM Diamonds, Inc. for the purpose of trapping a number of widely disbursed entities and persons who were believed to be engaged in naked short selling of CMKM Diamonds Inc. stock and cellar boxing the company.
    The Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice, with assistance from the Department of Homeland Security, believed and developed evidence that said short sellers were utilizing their activities to illegally launder moneys, wrongfully export moneys, avoid payment of taxes, and to support foreign terrorist operations.
    To fulfill the plan to criminally trap such wrongdoers, the Securities and Exchange Commission, with assistance from the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security:
    (a) Assisted in and approved the retention of Roger Glenn, an ex-SEC trial attorney and drafter of Sarbanes-Oxley, to join CMKM Diamonds Inc. for the purpose of verifying claims value, increasing authorized shares of stock to 800,000,000,000, and supervising from the inside of the company;

    B)
    Encouraged the company to expand its promotional activities, assisted in the set up of the “racing activities” of the company, and underwrote a substantial portion of the cost of such activities;

    © Consented to, facilitated, and supported the sale of certain company claims to several foreign corporations;

    (d) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the conferences between Robert A. Maheu and his associates on the one hand, and the wrongdoing short sellers on the other, all for the purpose of settling the potential liability of said wrongdoers with consent of the U. S. Government and a representation of no criminal prosecution for such illegal sales;

    (e) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the declaration of dividends payable by the company to each common shareholder of CMKM Diamonds, Inc.

    (f) Consented to, facilitated, and supported the distribution of shares of CIM, a private company owned by Urban Casavant, as a stock dividend, including consent and approval of distribution of said shares to holders of more than 1.4 Trillion shares of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. common stock.

    Based on these assertions, CMKM was used by the U.S. government as part of a covert sting operation – unbeknownst to shareholders – to apprehend criminals for their offenses. However, instead of prosecuting most of them, restitution deals were apparently cut:

    [Complaint paragraph 34] During the period from March, 2004 through August, 2006, on behalf of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. Robert A. Maheu, with assistance from others, negotiated a settlement with the illegitimate brokers, dealers, market makers, hedge funds, and other persons and entities that had engaged in naked short selling of CMKM Diamonds Inc. stock and cellar boxing the company. In exchange for a U. S. Government promise of no prosecution for such sales, the wrongdoers each promised to pay negotiated amounts to a frozen trust for disbursal at a later time.
    [Complaint paragraph 35] Plaintiffs herein are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that other moneys have been collected for the benefit of the shareholders of CMKM Diamonds, Inc. from the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, from the United States Government, and from the sale of additional assets including consent to enter into joint venture agreements with other companies holding mineral claims in Saskatchewan, Canada. Plaintiffs herein are further informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that said moneys, collected for the benefit of shareholders have also been placed in a trust or are otherwise now held in trust by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and the United States Treasury.

    Therefore, the crux of this complaint – and the massive fraud allegedly committed by the SEC (and Department of Justice) – is as follows:

    [Complaint paragraph 36] Plaintiffs herein are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that at all times mentioned, the Securities and Exchange Commission reserved unto itself the sole and absolute discretion to determine when moneys collected pursuant to the scheme set forth above would and could be released for distribution.
    [Complaint paragraph 37] Demand for release of said moneys has been repeatedly presented to the Securities and Exchange Commission without result. Agents and employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice have represented repeatedly that the release of moneys for distribution was imminent, and/or would occur within several weeks, and/or would occur within less than a month. Each of said representations have been made knowing them to be false, and at the specific direction of the named Defendants. These actions of withholding distribution of said moneys, without compensation and without due process of law, amount to a taking of the property of the individual Plaintiffs and of all similarly situated.

    During the timeframe referenced above, CMKM was registered as a publicly traded diamond and gold mining company. By 2005, concrete evidence detailing fraud within the company emerged; in addition, it became publicly apparent that CMKM also sold, at the very least, hundreds of billions of unregistered shares – a practice often referred to as naked short selling – to third parties. Eventually, the SEC moved to delist CMKM stock, whose value never exceeded one penny per share, in accordance with Section 12(j) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. After several administrative proceedings, CMKM stock was ultimately deregistered in October 2005.In September 2006, Floyd Norris, chief financial correspondent of The New York Times and The International Herald Tribune, caught wind of the CMKM scandals, and began to report on some elements of the criminal fraud that ravaged CMKM’s estimated 40,000 shareholders. Norris has reported on more than one occasion that at least 259 billion shares of unregistered CMKM stock was sold; however, per the SEC’s 2008 action against CMKM, the agency itself acknowledges that as many as 622 billion shares of “purportedly unregistered stock” was sold by the company over a 20 month period.So, how did Hodges initially determine that at least 2 trillion unregistered shares were sold?

    [Complaint paragraph 25] A frequently asked question (FAQ) page was added to the web site [CMKMTaskForce.com] on the evening of November 4, 2005 and in response to a question about the degree of naked shorting of CMKM stock, the Task Force [consisting of Robert A. Maheu, Donald J. Stoecklein and Bill Frizzell] indicated that “Credible information indicates the number of naked short shares is potentially as high as 2 Trillion shares.”

    ‘QUITE A CASE’Several weeks ago, I spoke with Al Hodges, a practicing attorney with four decades of experience, to find out more about this extraordinary case, and moreover, to determine exactly how he calculated his clients’ potential damages to be nearly $4 trillion – a figure many observers have openly scoffed at.Almost immediately, I could not help but ask why the mainstream media has not fairly reported on this case; frankly, given the scope of accusations, one would assume that, at the very least, Floyd Norris andThe New York Times would have some interest in thoroughly examining the merits of this action; instead, Norris has essentially brushed off Hodges' allegations as being baseless.It’s not that Hodges and his associates haven’t tried to attract the media’s interest; in fact, on this side of the Atlantic, all the major dailies, including The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post have all been informed of the suit. Their respective editorial staffs - with the exception of Floyd Norris - have utterly decided to ignore it.In the United Kingdom, efforts have also been made to attract mainstream media interest. Veteran financial intelligence Editor and Publisher Christopher Story FRSA – an investigative specialist that focuses on covert government operations and scandals – has personally reached out to The Daily Telegraph’s International Business Editor Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, with whom he is acquainted, to notify him about Hodges’ case. To date, Pritchard has failed to respond to Mr. Story, who has authored a number of articles (1) – and other published commentary – in The Daily Telegraph over the course of his near 50-year-career.Hodges noted that Story, publisher of International Currency Review, and several other serials, is “subscribed to by every intelligence operation in the world.”If intelligence agencies are reading about CMKM, then why isn’t the mainstream press covering this case?Hodges prudently observed that “they’re not going to touch it.”MAINSTREAM MEDIA WON’T COVER ISSUES TIED TO COVERT OPERATIONS? (EVIDENTLY NOT)“They [the government] used the shareholders without their consent to perform this ‘sting operation’ forNational Security interests, and it wouldn’t have worked the way it worked if they had disclosed it,” he continued. “On the other hand, it isn’t right to bury a company and put them out of business for the purpose of trapping people who are using the company to cheat the government, to line their own pockets, and to fund their operations against the United States.” As noted above in complaint paragraph 34, and per Hodges, a deal was eventually reached with the aforementioned criminals; they paid the government restitution for documented illegal actions, and in turn, were offered immunity from prosecution. “Rob Maheu had all these people in a big room in Las Vegas, and made [an] offer to them,” he said. “Every person, organization and representative in that room stepped up, and either transferred money while they were there, or agreed to transfer money upon some further schedule” to avoid indictment. Hodges also said, “I have a witness who was there, who saw it, and part of the 2.25 trillion phantom shares is documented by that person’s observations of how many shares were represented in that room.” HOW MUCH MONEY DID THE FEDS REALLY COLLECT FOR RESTITUTION? “People are going to laugh and titter about the amount of money that is being claimed, but understand the context of the lawsuit,” he said, before concluding, “we are not asking the government to pay us $3.87 trillion, what we’re asking is for them to release the funds that have been collected for us.” Thus, the implication is that this sum also incorporates substantial punitive damages. In the end, Hodges believes the U.S. government is going to settle the case before it actually moves to trial. On this possibility, he said, “I think its in the process of happening as we speak.” Based on these explanations – and the recent scandals and assertions that have surfaced about the SEC – I believe the mainstream media is doing the public a great disservice by not properly examining Hodges’ CMKM case. The same conclusion must also be drawn about Christopher Story’s reports on the criminality that is undermining international efforts to refund the U.S. dollar, which is dangerously close to losing its status as the world’s global reserve currency...but that’s touching on a whole other can of worms…or is it? (1) In Paul Johnson’s article “Unions, Pensions, and Financial Responsibility: The British Experience” published in the Journal of Labor Research, Volume 2, Issue 2 (1981) pp. 292, 294, 295, 296, he highlights Christopher Story’s authoritative research, as published in The Daily Telegraphon 30 April, 31 August and 1 September 1976, as well as on 4 September 1978.

    Allawi has put his support behind Mahdi who now has 140 votes in the Parliament. Maliki is at 137 and both are working hard to get the Kurdish support. The Kurds however are upset with the Maliki Iran situation. Mahdi needs 23 more votes to seal the deal and Maliki needs 26 more votes. It boils down to who ever gets the Kurds who have 50 + votes will win PM and form the NEW GOI>. Almost Neck and neck, here we go HANG ON!

    I just don't get all the bashing....I would only say if you have nothing good to say---then one should keep mouth shut--I've seen plenty people bash enorste?and frankk?I would hope those who have would man up and say i'm sorry for my hurtful words.If you can never admit your wrong---you certainly haven't influenced me.I for one work for some of wealthiest people in seattle.I know a few of them who are very bright,however have poor grammar.....That being said i believe this post to be probably the most informative read i've read in long time--thankyou MTURBO21

    Tim: “We are proud to announce that the American Republic has been restored to the American people. We are doing a very peaceful change back to the Republic. Soon it will be noticed by the American people, and the financial changes will be absolutely astounding. You are going to have people that don’t believe it, and there will people that will complain about it. There are three kinds of people: People that make things happen, People that watch things happen and People that wonder what happened. At this point, whether you like it or not, it is done.

    Bill: That’s what we want to get into how things are done. Last week you said that it would be done fairly, squarely, within the law, above board, absolutely ethically and to the letter.

    Tim: Absolutely. We’ve been talking to the FBI since the declaration was served. All 50 governors were served and given the orders. The orders were also given to the military. The process is going to move forward peacefully. We are not going to have any riots, any civil unrest. We are not about that. We are just Americans who love our country, love our people and want to see freedom in this nation. Washington is out of control and Washington is going down whether we restore the Republic or not is not going to affect the fact that Washington is going down. Washington is disintegrating. Their funding is about to be cut off about the world. Obama just tried to float a bad bond of several trillion dollars in Switzerland last week and it was denied because they don’t have any credit and they don’t have any credibility. All the land that belonged to the people of the nation – belong to the people of the nation again. They can’t collateralize them anymore. These are some of the things that are going on. The Hague and the World Court are working with us. I can’t go into a lot of detail about that, but they are doing some great things. Many nations in the world are a part of what we are doing, and support what we are doing. They have their own reasons for that. China supports it because it will stabilize the economy, because the US Corporation doesn’t have any credit. They are done.

    Bill: There are people on this broadcast that are not familiar with the truth that Obama is actually the president of the U.S. Corporation.....not the United States of America Republic where the Constitution resides.

    Tim: Absolutely. We are actually ‘resetting’ the proper form of government in our country. We were given than authority through the ‘Declaration of Independence’ stating that if a government became oppressive or abusive, we had the right to establish the kind of government we wanted. If we wanted to go back to the original jurisdiction -1860 – and that is what we did. We actually had help from powers within the government on how to do it. The big concern that the military and the Supreme Court had was that we were about to lose our sovereignty forever with the treaties that Obama was about to sign. They didn’t want us to lose our sovereignty. That was the reason that we did this plan, and we had to pull it off in record time and we did. It succeeded, and it is done.

    Bill: When you say ‘It is done’, you are saying that we have re-established the Republic of the United States of America back to pre-1860, prior to the Civil War. You are talking about the Constitution for the united States of America (with the u being lower case) and the 10 Amendments (actually thirteen) and the other Amendments will have to be re-established. Is that correct?

    Tim: Actually those other Amendments don’t exist any longer, because those decisions were brought about unlawfully by an unlawful body. They never had lawful authority to act since 1868. They had legal authority, but not lawful authority.

    Bill: One of my favorite Amendments is the 16th Amendment which is the income tax which you and I both know was never ratified....so that is a gone goose!

    Tim: Yes, the 13th Amendment is the last lawful Amendment. The other Amendments belong and are granted to the (new) ‘Constitution of the United States of America’. It is so much like the old one that most people didn’t even realize that there was a change. The original, organic Constitution of our founding fathers is: The Constitution for the united States of America. Don’t you think they named it that close to the original in order to deceive people? In 1868, the 41st Congress created the Corporation called the United States and gave it a jurisdictional area of 10 miles square which is 100 square miles and continued under that territory until some additional territories were added (Guam, Philippines, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, America Samoa) All of these are territories of the United States Corporation. They were not states. The change was given to those territories, but never has given it to the original 48 states. EVERY law that has been passed in Washington since 1868 has NO effect on the American people except one thing.....and that was their consent. We have been duped.

    Bill: What you are saying is that when they created the law, it only applied to the corporation ( Washington D.C. and their territories)..and they tricked us into believing that it belonged to us as well.

    Tim: Let me ask you a question: If IBM has a board meeting and sets the regulations for IBM, does it have any effect on your life?

    Bill: No.

    Tim: It may affect the price of the products you buy, but other than that, it has no effect on your life. So why does the corporation in Washington D.C. think that when they have a board meeting and they have a ruling that it is supposed to affect us? It is because we volunteered to be part of their corporation. When we filled out any application (bank loan, drivers license, etc)..after we filled out private information, it ask, “Are you US CITIZEN?” We fill in YES. We are NOT U.S. Citizens...as we’ve been led to believe by what is taught in the school system, etc. And we were supposed to be proud U.S. Citizens. It was intentional folks, but the American people are smart..and they are waking up. They are realizing it. I’ve taught this in many classes and I’ve been challenged many times, but have never lost a challenge yet, because I can just pull out the legislative documents and put it into their hands. I’ve had a couple of attorneys who thought this was absolutely hilarious. So I give them copies of the articles of corporation. If you want to look it up it is: reference 28, United States Code 3002 and absolutely defines United States as a corporation.

    Bill: Most of the people in the United States now are under the 14th Amendment and called 14th Amendment Citizens. Would you elaborate on that please?

    Tim: The 14th Amendment has nothing to do with setting the slaves free. It has to do with enslaving the whole nation. Also, it states that if you didn’t want to be a 14th Amendment citizen, you didn’t have to be. You had to give your consent. The way the law works is: ‘If you force me to do something that I really don’t want to do, you have to give me a way to opt out.’ So they did that – they call it the expatriation amendment. They just didn’t tell the people about it. If they had told the people that they had a choice to not be a US Citizen, they would have started asking questions.

    You, mean that Americans are not US Citizens? They would have discovered that if you are an American, you cannot be a US citizen and if you are an American, you are NOT a US citizen.

    US citizens are those living in the 10 square miles of Washington D.C. and the US Territories. Actually in 1864, DC was reduced to 68 sq. miles. If you say you are an American, you are saying that you are a part of the 48 states from the Atlantic to the Pacific. That’s the difference of the geographic boundaries of the United States and the united States of America. That’s in the law books – the geographical boundaries in the Congressional Record 1868. If you were born in Alaska or Hawaii, you are a US Citizen. However, we are allowing Alaska and Hawaii to join us. We are making that offer, and they did accept, by the way.

    Bill: I saw on the news they had interviewed several governors. One from Michigan had received it and turned over to the Attorney General, and one from Georgia said that he put no stock in it.

    Tim: Well, it doesn’t matter what he says. It is definitely the law. The FBI says that it is absolutely 100% correct. Their only concern was that there might be violence because it said that the governors would be removed from office. Actually we don’t want to remove them from office; we just want them to sign and honor the original constitutional mandates, and start governing America in the way it should be. Get rid of the thieves that are involved. It was put out last week and is public knowledge that 135 of your Congressmen stole funds from the bailout and put it in accounts around the world. I understand those accounts have been confiscated. Now, they are concerned that their names are going to be made public. I think they should be.

    Bill: I’ve followed you in seminars, etc. for over 3 years and know you always state to only follow the law, always be honest and forthright – so you have never implicated any violence of any kind. You have actually given others a challenge to prove you wrong and have given them the references.

    Tim: Yes, I’ve had two attorneys and several bankers call in the past few days that I had issued challenges to and they said...’Hey, we’re on board. What you are saying is correct, and we want to learn more about it. The bottom line is that professional people all over the nation are coming on board because they understand what we are doing. The corporation is going down and they understand. I asked an FBI agent if he understood the difference between the corporate government and the de jure government. They said, ‘Yes’. I asked if they understood that they were working for a corporation? Yes. A bankrupt corporation? Yes A bankrupt corporation that is being liquidated and is insolvent? They said, “We’ve been concerned about that lately.” I asked if they had found anything that we had done that was not correct, and he responded that it was exactly to the letter of the law. They understood and had no problem with what we were doing.

    Bill: Has the FBI or anyone moved in on your people anywhere?

    Tim: No, they just ask a lot of questions, and appear to be well pleased with what they have learned.

    Bill: The military is involved in this, and they are always subject to civilian authority. How does the military fit into this overall thing?

    Tim: The military is responsible for this. They came to a friend of mine and explained to them that America is in real trouble and we need to re-establish the republic. They understand the de jure government and they understand that we were about to lose it forever, and they don’t want that. They would have been merged into a one world system and just a part of the overall military. Right now they are the best military in the world. They were going to lose a lot of status. The bottom line is that it would bring us into the New World Order. It really wouldn’t have made any difference if it had been Obama or John McCain. They both are for the same agenda.

    Bill: I do applaud McCain’s service and realize that he was held captive prisoner those years. I also know that John McCain is a member of the Council of Foreign Relations.

    Tim: John McCain, Sara Palin...whatever you think about those folks, they have sold you out America. There is no if, ands or buts about it. No different that Obama...or Bush, or Clinton, Bush Sr. or Reagan. They all sold you, the American people, out to foreign interest – for money. Unfortunately, I understand that .......

    Bill: I guess that there are ‘powers that be’ that found that they were stealing. I had gotten information that there was a hundred million that was transferred to Joe Biden. Why is it that someone goes into congress as poor as church mice and come out as millionaires?

    Tim: Because of the lobbyist in Washington. In the Republic system, you won’t be able to find a lobbyist at any time. It will not be tolerated in the Republic.

    Bill: There are a lot of hard working people who can’t understand why a congressman will not sign his name that he has read the bill. And the bill should be named for what it is...like the Patriot Act is a misnomer because it enslaves people.

    Tim: The beauty of the Republic form of government is that all of this stuff is gone. It doesn’t exist anymore. All those victimless crimes is gone, they don’t exist anymore. If you don’t have a victim, you didn’t commit a crime. Also, our order is that within 30 days the IRS is over. We don’t need the income tax to operate a lawful government. The united States has so much money that I’m not even going to talk about it on the radio. You wouldn’t believe it, but I know for a fact and have verified it. There has been a secret trust set up in every administration in every city, every county, and every state every time there is a new administration. All you hear about is the budget. You don’t hear about the trillions of dollars they take in every year. Just to give you an idea: We use about 150 million barrels (42 gal/barrel) of fuel a day. Then you have the oils and by products. The tax is about 50 cents per gallon of gasoline, about 150 billion dollars a day in fuel taxes alone goes to your federal and state government. That’s just one tax. You pay school tax, property tax, utility tax, hotel tax, food tax, and many kinds of tax. We don’t need that kind of tax to go to the government. 70% of you income goes to taxes. The only reason that it takes that much to operate is because congress is stealing it from you.

    Bill: I know many people are wondering about how you plan to deal with people who have knowingly committed treason against the united States?

    Tim: That is yet to be seen. We have a very broad repentance policy and encourage those people to come on board with us and be part of what we are doing. Those who don’t will probably just be removed from office. I’m not for trying these people for treason particularly. There may be cases where that might need to be done, but I’m not trying to advocate that. We just want a peaceful transition, and if they don’t want to cooperate, they will just be irrelevant.

    Bill: I wouldn’t want my name connected to what these Politician’s are doing.

    Tim: They don’t care about their name. They believe that if they are smart enough to take it then you are dumb enough to lose it and they win. They just don’t understand one thing....One day there is going to be accountability, and the books are going to have to balance. Some are going to come up real short and when the Creator of the Universe is balancing the books, they are going to have to answer. They won’t be able to buy their way out of that one.

    Right now we are waiting on the military and the government. We don’t want to move too quickly and cause a problem. Right now there is an education process going on. Most don’t have a clue about what happened in their country even though they may be experts in their field. They don’t even understand what being an American is. Nations have to understand that.

    President Obama is not even going to be a factor in any of this. He is the president of the cooperation anyway. He has never been the president of the country. Basically he is president of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) In 1944 under the Bretton-Woods agreement, the United States was ceded to the IMF. That makes no sense to me to give away your capital to a foreign power, but they did. The District of Columbia is not part of America. It belongs to the IMF. Even though it’s on the soil of America, it’s not American property.

    Bill: Is that the same with Yellowstone and the National Parks?

    Tim: Yes it is. We are going to take them all back in, but it will take time.

    Bill: Is Obama going to wither on the vine if his funds are cut off?

    Tim: He can sit there in Washington D.C. and play cards if he wants to, but he is not going to get any funding from us.

    Bill: What is going to happen to the congress?

    Tim: Same thing, they are just not going to get a paycheck anymore. Congress will lose their funding; their bonds have already been arrested. That is a done deal.

    Bill: What I believe you are saying is that when the legitimate constitutional government of this country was re-established, then the illegitimate corporate government masquerading as the constitutional government ceased to be recognized and therefore was not bonded nor funded.

    Tim: They cannot get funded anymore. They cannot fund it, or bond it as they are in a dishonor in commerce and did not have lawful authority to operate. They have been running a ponzi scheme on the American people. They got caught. This was just recently settled in the Court in The Hague. They agreed that the US Corporation and the bankers have run a scam on the American people. Their bonds are under arrest. We arrested their bonds along with the governors and congress. Congress cannot pass a bill anymore, because they cannot get it funded. They are not bondable because of their dishonor to the American people. We just arrested the bonds in all 50 states. Congress cannot do anything.

    The Republic is fully bonded and fully financed and it is backed by gold, and a lot of it. I was told that there is going to be a currency change. I don’t know, but was told the new currency would be called United States Treasury Notes, and available the last of April. We’ll see how that plays out because I don’t have anything documented on that yet.

    I realize that a lot of people question what we are doing and the validity of it, but let me just tell you of a personal experience here in the last week. In this last week, I’ve had the richest man in the entire government call me and talk about an hour. I had the richest man in the world, in China, call me Saturday. I’ve had several bankers call. I had a prince in Europe call me. These people are taking it seriously. They understand what we have done. They are offering financial support, as much as we need in gold, to support of this effort.

    This 4th of July will be a celebration like you have never seen because the American people will truly be free again. By that time they will understand what freedom really is. They will have more money, and they will not be hounded by those ridiculous victimless laws. People in prison for victimless crimes will be released. There will be no more property taxes folks.

    Automatically, you are going to get a 30% increase in your paycheck across the board because the illegal taxes will not be taken anymore, everybody in America, right off the bat. This is coming and coming very soon. These things are not optional for the corporations; they have no say in the matter. They are not bondable, they can’t get money anymore. They are done.

    Our military is backing us and they are going to be treated with respect.

    Bill: We only have a few minutes left. How are the people going to be affected that don’t understand about the Republic and how their freedoms have been taken away, etc? What plans do you have to get these people informed?

    Tim: Yes, we understand. There will have to be re-education and it will start in the public schools. We are actually going to put prayers back in the schools, and the Ten Commandments back in the courthouses. And for all the people out there that don’t like that.... move. We don’t care. This nation was founded on Christian principles and we are going to restore it. If you don’t like the Christian principles, you have the option to leave the country. We don’t care if you go somewhere else. That goes for the ACLU....bring it on, we will have enough lawyers to keep you busy for a very long time. Believe me, if you come after us, I promise you that you are going to get a lesson in humility before it’s over.

    Bill: There are Muslims in the larger cities that are trying to get the Sharow Law passed.

    Tim: Not in America. We are not against anybody or any ethnic group, but you are not going to enforce your religious laws upon us. It is not going to happen. We will not enforce our religious laws on you, but you will not enforce them on us.

    Bill: I’m told that after the Revolutionary War, the people knew their Bible and the Constitution. They knew their rights.

    Tim: They knew both. The Constitution was derived from Biblical principals. That is what we must restore this country to, because America is going down. America needs to repent, and needs to ask God to forgive us for letting down our guard and letting this evil take over America. We need His leadership like we’ve never needed it before. This is brand new territory. It is a done deal, the Republic is officially restored. It’s done. We have the support around the world. Mexico wants to come on board and support what we are doing. People in Canada also want to be a part of what we are doing. We even had over 2300 downloads of our show in Bejing China. This is a revolution going on across the world, not just here.

    Bill: As I understand it, this is the only country in the world that could have done this, because it is built into their Declaration of Independence and Constitution.

    Tim: It’s our right, and our duty and our obligation to set everything right. We want no harm to any American. People always resist change. It’s just the nature of the beast. Once the American people, and even the people in Washington start to look at this and see what it really is...they say, “Wow, this is for real...not just a bunch of nutcases ranting doing this. In fact, one of the FBI told us that this was the most organized and thought out of anything they’d seen.

    Bill: And jobs?

    Tim: Absolutely, the technology that is about to be released to the American people is unbelievable. The military said that they’ve been holding back technology for 40-50 years and they want to see it released. They’ve been hindered by big groups like the oil companies. There is not going to be any more hindrances like are now in Washington to keep you from being a prosperous people anymore. And technologies about health; there are people now that can cure cancer without any side effects and can cure it in a matter of days. I’m excited. I was cured of leukemia in 5 days. Some say that’s impossible...but I’m alive and I don’t have leukemia anymore. The bottom line is that it has been suppressed. We are going to bring this technology out. I have a friend in Seattle that has a coil and two stakes that you pound into your back yard, and it will power your house. It cost about $3,000 and will power several houses. The technologies are over whelming that is going to be released. I have a friend that has a shoebox size gadget (battery) that you charge one time and your car will run forever on it. As soon as we get our government in position, these things are going to be released to the public. Your lives are going to change like you would not believe. I’m excited! Stay tuned America

    I hate to say it Sportfisher but you demand proof he's a Christian and say that he is in no way one, yet where's your proof that he's not Christian. Please don't call people out for info when you've offered none yourself. I for one know he's Christian because I MYSELF sat in the same house of God when he was there... He's just a private man and chooses to not mix his Religion with politics, and rightfully so.It's called seperation of church and state.
