I had contacted Chase Bank via email over a month ago. I figured I would post my question and their response to me. I just copied right from my email. Hope you enjoy the info. Original Message Follows: ------------------------ NAME:J POWELL CUSTOMER Message Center CATEGORY TYPE:Other/Inquiry Not Listed I am wanting to clarify for myself regarding the Iraqi dinar. I have invested in some of them and have called the chase bank closest to us and they say you don't deal with them. I have friend in other towns who have said their bank does. I would like to know the truth. Could you tell me the current exchange rate for the Iraqi Dinar. Thank You RESPONSE FROM CHASE: Date: 05-04-2010 12:05:28 From: Chase Online Subject: Re: Other/Inquiry Not Listed Message: Dear J Powell, Thank you for contacting the Internet Service Center. I am happy to clarify this information for you. Some branches have these type of currency and also have the ability to order them as well. The exchange rate can only be determine at the branch since it changes everyday. Some smaller bank will probably not have them, but if you step into the larger Chase bank, they will most likely carry them. Chase strives to provide excellent service to all of our customers.
