I love everything about how he is doing his job.   He's getting work done and not allowing people to try to influence the process. This is definitely the most efficient and possibly the ONLY way to be successful at the job - make decisions, tell people what was done, and move forward.   CHOOO CHOOOOOO!!!!!         It's not a stated "requirement" by any means, but it is hard to see it happening without it.   I don't think we need a "fully"
