Iraq is Secure again and back to opening up the whole country (even the sky) to Investment, while taking on Corruption!

Taking care of northern Iraq was a big challenge.
Laid Back, isn't Iraq real close to moving Article VIII? I am starting to think so.
I heard all they have to is maintain a 2% difference between CBI and Street rate for 90 days and compensate Kuwait for the war. Seems like they have done that, well are able too complete it now at least.
