have it from a good news source { unknown} that the united states will dig a new canal through the western area`s too piss off the the iraninan political seats,,the sand the u s will remove will be used for sand bags and swimming pool liners in the united states,the sand bags will be used in leviey`s along river banks that over flow through the rainy seasons , and with the turn of events of the big canal project the need of a stron iraq dinar is needed to pay the help--the u s has stated anything over .20 will be good ----{all this is just me thinking } would that not kick iran in the butt :lol: make jobs --- have flood controll under way and the pool industry would be satisfied too 3 birds one stone :D other profit ideas coming {jeepguy interprises}

where did this come from---a good laugh for sure and a great rumor but there are to many members here that just might take this a gospel---digging a canal from one side to the other is not feasible, no matter where the sand goes--this is too funny---tongue in cheek I sure hope

everyone knows the one of the biggests export from the SA is sand for swimming pool filters [it is very fine grained] to the UK and other places!

Don't laugh, we may actually have to begin another canal soon - here in the western hemisphere.

Certain US Presidents allowed the Panama Canal to slip through our fingers and now the Chinese are running the joint down there with a solid foothold on our side of the world like they've always wanted.

It'll become a bone of commerce-contention soon as the fiscal scales continue to tip precariously agin' us... and we'll have to avail ourselves of the hospitality of Honduras or some such country to hook up our independence again in that regard.

(Wow, heck of a "shovel ready project" that'd be for a 'certain' someone, eh?)
