Sorry, I can't understand what "financial arrangement" with Iraq could benefit the United States government. If Iraq RV's, the revalue will be to U.S. dollars. The money would have to come from the U.S. treasury. Iraq doesn't have trillions of USD to pay the U.S. government with. It would just be taking from Peter to pay Paul. And forget the oil theory. The U.S. government doesn't refine oil. I just don't get it. Could someone explain it?

As of today South Korea's Won is at 1169 to USD and Iraq's Dinar is 1169 to USD - Interesting eh?

But SK Economy is big and strong and has got a reputation for making good products.
