Below is a daily email that I got at 3:01 AM today. Well today there was a change. See below...I copied and pasted the email... All of the countries and rates were in BLUE except the IQD was in Black at 1:00. Was this a mistake? What does this mean? Now I go to the site and I can't find it?

looks like a normal rate--- the i q d = 1 too 1 is the rate i q d = too the i q d go too any site that currency exchange type in or look at your denomination { ex. u s dollar put u s d in both columns and you will see u s d = 1 too 1 } but do not be dis hearted ,,,, soon it will be the one exchange your looking for and won`t believe what you are looking at ,,,, thanks for the post keep an eye on it ;)
