kurds let the cat out, i know its old, but what it means...........

it means they got a raise next week (2 weeks ago) because of the coming exchange rate. (i also have a arabic translator).............good news, it shouldnt be to long now....

i also got word from my guy in iraq, and all the goi is claiming no lop (american term)......

the rate will come out $.10-.80 and hit the open market running.........

my guess and only that is it will truely rv any day now.........
