Defense Minister Saadoun al-Dulaimi, agency readiness of security forces to protect the country after the American withdrawal end of the year, pointing out that the preparations for the security forces after the withdrawal is in full swing.

Another article said that one list said Dulaimi was not acceptable and would not be the permanent Minister. I think he is in place as Defense Minister and all of this is S&M.
