There is a possibility that they are running a dual exchange rate $1 in country 1170 out side

Its the only way they can exchange 25000 dinar for $25

They can not make a international bank (not pay face value )on the note ...................................

So the only way to exchange like it has no 000's on it is to regulate the exchange rate .................

NO BANK ON THE PLANET WILL JUST REMOVE THE 000's

As of now the american banks do not show $1

They show .000873/.000673(actual/offer)

and they will buy at .00063

BUT it is the middle of the night

Dose no-one have a contact in Asia the markets are open

Thanks Randalin. I am still confused because it shows the history for the entire day as being 1=1. The 9:00 am time is stating PDT? Isn't that Pacific Daylight Time? It is now referencing the time as 1 USD currency rate against All - October 10, 2011, 7:00 pm PDT
