Worries over an RV date

There has been alot of talk on here recently about if the IQD will ever revalue. Then there have been some members asking how we decided to or what made us purchase them. This is a moot point as I see it because IMO , the person that is asking these questions is looking for some feel good sesponse to make him feel better about going overboard on spending.

Sure the reccesion has hit the country hard and I am one to go as far to say that we are in a Deppresion. I am 58 years old and can never remember a reccesion as bad as this. I am sure that alot of others that agree with me. This Deppresion as I will call it has been in the making since 9-11. People lost faith in the economy and held back on spending and were nervous about everything. Then the Government came in and opened their purse strings to get us to spend and start to feel good again.

The economy was running like a rocket ship and everyone was flush with cash or should I say credit cards, remember those days? It wasn't till late 2004 that I discovered was this country was heading for cliff after moving to Las Vegas, NV. I moved at a time when 5,000 people a moved were moving there. In Jan of 2005 I bought a home for $335,000 after listening to the hype of the sales person as it was in the NW part of Vegas. At this time in Vegas there was new home construction going on all around the whole perimiter of the city. New roads were going in along with new parks for all the families. New businesses were sprining up everyday so fast no one could keep up with the new places to shop.. Schools, fire stations, police sub stations were being built and when more money was need for the schools, a bond was put up for roughly One Billion dollars to build more.

Also at the same time more people were coming to Vegas to gamble and Vacation, plus the convetion trade was a very big part of the local economy. The city skyline was changing so fast it was like wacthing a movie in fast motion to see old buildings fall and new casinos and condos going up. There was also local casinos being built to take the local family mans money. Everything seemed fat sassy and happy for several years.

I even commented to people numerous times as to how Las Vegas and the US as a whole could keep propelling forward as fast as it seemed to be going. For those of you that live in quieter parts of the country, you may not be able to grasps everything that I have said and may even say I am talking out of my hat.

IMO I would have to say that during that good years to follow after 2003 that many of you were feeling good about things that you may have went and purchased more dinar than you could afford even though you could well handle the exspense back then. The wild claims from the pumpers may you feel that wealth would soon be on to your way.

Let me get back to Vegas. I had only been there just 2 years and I decided that it was to hot for me to contiue living there. I decided to move back to upstate New York where instead of living in the house in the summer time I could justify living in it during the winter. Well I went to good ole Bank of America and decided that I was going to take out a line of credit loan to help me along. Hey, times were great right!!!!!? I felt that I could rent the house and and I could get out of it in a couple of years. In the short time I had the house my banker at BOA appraised the home 25% higher than what I paid or $400,000. Hell the guy at the bank even begged me to take more money than what I wanted. He is in hot water over that.In April 2007 I went back to NY and a short time later I had trouble keeping tennants in the house. I couldn't figure out why till late 2008 when the S**t hit the fan. The house of cards started falling down in Vegas, people were losing their jobs and as 2009 went on I was upside down on my mortgage. I couldn't get anyone to rent to pay for all the exspense I had every month. I decided to walk away from my house and let the bank take it back. As for the line of credit it is in the lawyers hands and my banker buddy has a lot of explaining to do. I took a hit on my credit report, but I will be fine and a year or so.

So when I hear about those of you on here that want to sell your Dinars, I have to say, I am sorry for what you are going through. I bought my Dinar after the bottom fell out and then only spent what I can only afford. The Dinar will RV. I first learned of the Dinar from the News Max magazine after seeing an ad. One I researched this out for 2 weeks only then did I buy a bundle. I even predicted the that it may not RV till sometime mid 2012 to 2013. If I should die before it happens I have willed it all to my kids.

Everyone is going through some though time now,but here is something I hope you all don't bash me for. I'll bet the problems the United States face today along with its citizens were all part of the perfect plan designed by terrorists at the start of 9-11 and they are smiling behind their shrouds.

Bottoms line is that when the Dinar RV's and it will then the terrorists will be eating crow.

The intent of this post was to enlighten others as to how the hard times most of us are experiencing now are the direct resultof a run away economy of the 2002 to 2008 era. Unfortunatly this depression as I have called it has taken a hit on everyone. Also, now that the price of a barrel of oil has dropped nearly $35.00, can Iraq really expect to set a high RV value given the drop in oil?

Some of our members are here hurting with this economy and yes many have children to worry about. Some of us may be going at it week to week at a time while the remaining few of us members are in a better position to get by. All I am asking is that we all take stock in how bad off some of our members are in presently.

When this all RV's is anyone guess and with God's good grace we should all pray for our fellow members that are going through a difficult period through no fault of their own.

The falling price of oil is a direct result of the screwed up economy.

As soon as the sun comes out again, and we can afford to pay more - the price of oil will rise again!
