Technology upgrades are always good. I'm not screaming RV but I think this is a positive step to get the bank to be modern with it's processing, etc...

We all want the rv to happen, but certainly this has nothing to do with it.

Warka has been down many many times.

And yes they are more than likely closed every Friday & Saturday, just like the banking in Iraq is.

I use to manage these updates for fortune 100 companies with NO downtime... But I have no opinion on there reasoning.

They have shut down for a few days to perform system upgrades numerous times this year.

I would not want anyone to get their hopes up based on that alone.
