Waiting for the RV is like playing Whack-A-Mole; everytime you whack a mole, another one or two pop up. This summer it was Ramadan, then Eid, then, for sure by the end of Sept., now we have new securities laws that have to be voted on. What new issues will pop up suddenly in Oct, Nov, Dec.? This ride never ends.
