In Iraq
It kind of makes you think how can this backwards country make so many people "over night millionaires" and they don't even possess the basics of daily sustainment such as drinkable water. It makes you think huh?
sfredieu
It ain't that the country can't afford to get their people some water, but maliki and allowi can't seem to stop having their pissing contest and instead of the country progressing at a rapid rate it is moving at snail pace.
