Preparing the President, Jalal Talabani, to leave the capital Baghdad, to New York to participate in the meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations in the 66 session, which will open this week.

A political source close to Talabani said on Sunday "is scheduled to deliver a President of the Republic, the word Iraq in the meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations of the 66 which will open this week in New York," adding, "It will be reviewed during his speech, security developments and files of political and economic development in the country, and he would call the international community to finally get Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. "

The source confirmed that "Talabani will meet a number of leaders, most notably U.S. President Barack Obama and French President Nicolas Sarkozy, to discuss with them ways to develop bilateral relations and will direct invitation to the heads of the kings of the world to visit Iraq, in addition to inviting international companies to invest" ..

It is worth mentioning that for the first time in history a woman will open a major Brazilian "Dilma Rousseff" session of the 66 that will participate the Heads of State and Government representing more than 121 countries

The results of this meeting will give clear and concise understanding on where we are in this journey! If approved we shall all know that has happened, would be captured by media. If rejected, the summary of the denial should show up on UN web site. Im going to go out on a limb here....but I've always believed that until they were released from chapter 7.......No Monetary Policy Change......Just saying
