Unfortunately...yes to a degree. It seems to come and go in waves. BIG waves and little waves. I haven't seen as much actual progress get done until recently so they are moving ahead.

And although my join date is this year...I have had dinar since 2004 and have read DV for quite awhile before I joined.

I've been in this investment going on 8 years this Dec. and there's been rumors like crazy over the years... However it appears now that the rumors coming out of Iraq are more reliable..Especially with the CBI intel coming out and Shabibi being more and more involved. Personally, Shabibi is the only person I pay attention to.. Everything else is all B/S.....
