shabbibi needs to do the revaluation Now on par to kuwait, agree to a small budget approval for the Gov once it has been approved by parlament or an oversight panel , and then all new housing , electric, roads programs should be started, before winter sets in . It's time to start thinking about the people .jmo.

I believe the Central Bank law prohibits prohibits the Government from meddling in the Central Bank's affairs. The CBI has complete autonomy. Maliki is violating Article 2 Section 2 of the CBI Law see page 8 and 9.

Article 26 of the Law Prohibits the CBI of lending to the Government. See page: 21
