If their fiscal year ends on Sept 30th, why would they RV in the middle of Sept? I think it will happen after the close of their business on their last working day of their fiscal year.

That makes their accounting much cleaner. I think that is why they are in such a hurry to get everything done, the HCL, the government seated, Chapter 7, etc. so it will be

all ready by the 30th of Sept.

Ok boys and girls they just keep telling lies. What happen to Oakie its over he says quit your job, if someone quits thier jobs and loses all the livelyhood sue Oakie, and eveyone here who has said its done. If a woman can sue because she spilled hot coffee on herself saying it wa hot, you will be able to sue these pumpers for telling you it done and especially to quit your job. What happen to the story if it did not RV by Saturday Iraq would lose it chapter seven status and have to start over.
