Yesterday when it didn't work for a lot of people it worked fine for me, but now it is not responding (browser is timing out) It is up, just too busy. With all the claims of the RV being done this weekend, the CBI site is being hit hard. Don't read to much into it, it will be back up, it will show the same thing it always has.
