The "downgrade" to LESS than 99% probability that bulldog is full of crap. . .would be if someone CREDIBLE (this means someone who actually has a proven track-record of at LEAST ONE TIME being CORRECT) says the same thing. . . .OR the supposedly "DEAD-RIGHT-ON" fully "TRUSTABLE source" (which can NEVER for some reason ever be disclosed) is shared at the same time the supposed "INTEL-drivel" is dropped on us, along with the statement: "THIS IS HUGE."

EITHER one of these things happening and I will agree to DOWNGRADE the liklihood that all this up-til-now "drivel" is for the ONLY TIME not pure, made-up, BS!
