CBI not updated since 8-29-11

Is this normal for the CBI to have not updated their rates since August 29th? Is it because of the end of Ramadan?

End of Ramadan... Eid has started - 3 day celebration.. Athough,the bank holiday calender only lists Sept. 1 as closed.

It's actually extended by Parliament to a 6 day feast to accomodate all three sects of islam in Iraq...it now ends on the 5th...!
