TonyDownTheShore
I thank God that we scaped this hurricane here in New Jersey with no damage, but I'm sure that as time goes by we're going to hear some horror stories of flooding and no power and trees falling down. I'd like to hear how you did in your state ?
willy1der
Yes, you're fortunate. You will more than likely hear sme stories. I'm in Louisiana and got to sit this one out but we usually don't see them until later on, Sept - Oct. I saw this morning there were 9 deaths associated with Irene. Keep those families lifted up in prayer! God bless and take care.
Jaxinjersey
Hey Tony.... rode it out here in Brick, along the Manasquan River with little damage. My parents had a mandatory evacuation from near Atlantic City and they came here... so all is good. Glad you are safe... you're just a few miles away! Slaydadea
NC got hit first but we did pretty good. Just a few minor scratches as far as hurricanes go. Hopefully we slowed her down for you a bit. It's nice to hear everyone is ok. Slay.
