Captainron601
Called TD Bank in Qweens, NY to inquire on purchasing dinars. The foreign currency representative said and I quote: "We are no longer selling Iraqi dinars due to the extremely high volume of request". Sounds a little bogus to me... Info: TD Bank 5650 Main Street NY 11355-5046 United States (718) 888-0129

Unless that is a different way of saying we are out of stock. IDK

Captainron601
That is wierd...I would have elaborated on that more with the bank! I thought it was a lame excuse as well. The info is there if you care to inquire and argue the point with the branch, I figured there too lazy or somethings about to change real soon... My wife works there (sorry NO super secret bank intel...because those at the branch level know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING) and the reason she received in the memo was that the IQD was getting too difficult to obtain and wasn't worth it for them anymore. Essentially it was more of a pain in the ass to get them then they were making on it. They will however still buy them back from you
