Sara Johnson Posted August 15, 2011 Report Share Posted August 15, 2011 Iraq wins gold medal in Asian Bodybuilding championship in Thailand 8/14/2011 10:42 AM WASSIT / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraq has won its first Gold Medal in the Asian Bodybuilding Championship taking place in Thailand, a media source in the Central Iraqi Federation for Bodybuilding, reported on Sunday. “The Iraqi Bodybuilding Team has scored its first Golden Prize, along with the 4th position in the Asian Championship now taking place in Thailand,” Ali Abdul-Hussein told Aswat al-Iraq news agency. They are really busting onto the world scene and making a name for themselves. Rumor has it they are also sending a team to the 2012 thumb wrestling competition in Brazil.
