Delta stated that that you have to look at Turkeys reserve and the last thing a country wants to do is to LOP AKA R/D. thats a last resort when they have no other choice.

Iraq wont LOP they are just trying to reducce the money supply in the hands of the people not accounts, they have the reserves unlike Turkey did and thats why Turkey Lopped.

Do you know why it's not possible to download this CC, while with others, such as the last one made available here on DV, we could? I prefer to download them, which then gives me the ability to listen to it offline and at my leisure. The download icon is missing.

That whole "nominal value" about bring iraqi currency back to is bothering me. I didn't understand what nominal value ment so I looked it up. http://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/nominalvalue.asp#axzz1UdzO65SH

I understand it was mentioned that they wanted to "bring the glory back to the iraqi currency", which to me means its previous value, but this whole return the currency to a nominal value seems to contridict the above.

I am aware that conflicting stories will come out, but when they are said by Maliki (if that's how you spell his name) then I'm sure u can feel my pain. Anyone care to help me with this one?
