Yes you can. Just fly around the world counter clockwise really really fast until the earth starts to rotate in the opposite direction. After a few spins fly really, really fast clockwise until it goes back to normal. Then you should have your 10 minutes back. It seems pretty easy. I saw a guy do it in a movie once.
